Very low class hospitality... Food quality was very poor... Dirty & stinky washroom.. spider webs in room as well as washroom. No bathroom kit is provided .. torned bedsheet... TV was not working. Also, there was no proper lighting.

My hotel is already book on dated 16/11/2024 to 17/11/2024 for one day. I reached my hotel timely but we have not provided room by jp vista hotel. Please give my refund. This staff and facilities are worst.

Rooms are good but not clean and some cockroaches inside beds. But staff are very supportive. Approx 1 kom from zirakpur bus stand
