AAnonymous UserThe facilities and services provided are excellent. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pangkalpinang. There is a 24-hour restaurant and massage and spa services available until 11 PM.

AAlwieThe light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

Ttravel gemNo frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me.

NNinahThe location near the market but the hotel will need some renovation as there are holes and cracked on the walls and there were spiders in the rooms too. The service nevertheless is good as they patiently let us choose the room that we want and attend to us immediately to our needs
