"a quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away."
"New and clean Japanese style rooms. Suit for couple or families with young children. A bit difficult for elderly due to no chair to rest. Prefer to have own transport as the hotel in housing area, not far from Pantai pasir Bogak but need 10-15min walk."
"This is my first trip to Pangkor Island. I had book this hotel last minute in Agoda after I bought the ticket for last ferry 7.15pm from Marina to Pangkor. I had choose this hotel because I had see the review is not bad with 5star review for all the review in year 2020 and they rank 5th for overall best hotel in Pulau Pangkor. When I arrive at the hotel, there is nobody there for me to do the check in. I am thinking the staff maybe out to buy or having their dinner. But after a while 2 of the staff is back in the property and told me they are not expecting any guest so they went out to buy dinner. After thinking a while, it is not surprise as they not expect anyone today. First I only do the booking not long ago so they may not had received the email from Agoda. Second, today Malaysia recorded the highest day for people infected with Covid-19. As this 2 reason, they sure will not expecting any guest for the day. But this not concern me at all, because I am having great time while staying at this hotel. Below are all the reason which I will highly recommend this hotel to who had read my review here. 1. The hotel rate is reasonable. The room is chalet/villa type which the room rate is cheap. 2. This hotel had been newly renovated so it is cosy to stay. Please do not read any review before year 2020. They had renovated the hotel in 2020, all the furniture is new and the stay is cosy. 3. The staff and management is very friendly. They will assist you in what they can. 4. There is a fews bicycle to use for free at the hotel. 5. The location is very good. Walking distance to the Pasir Bojak Beach. And there is a lot of Chinese and Malay restaurant nearby. (Fully recommend “Chao Seng Seafood Rstaurant” nearby) 6. There is a few motor bike or car rental outside the hotel which for sure will be convenient for you to ride around the island. (Recommend to take a bike and you can ride the bike for island tour) I feel so relax and happy for my 3d2n trip while staying at this hotel. Will come back to stay here for my next trip to Pangkor Island again. Again, Tripadvisor had not disappointed me when I am searching for a hotel stay to a place which I am not familiar. I hope with my review I can make this property to more higher ranking so that everyone will be happy to discover this hotel. "
"This hotel is very close to bogak sand beach! Just walk for about 2 minutes, and can directly reach the beach. The hotel is spacious, the pool is also available for children and adults, around the hotel there are food stalls that are very easy to access, the distance from the main pier to the hotel also takes about 5 minutes by taxi.
And if you're lucky, you can see some hornbills perching on the coconut trees inside the hotel. I was lucky to see 2 hornbills playing on a coconut tree.
Disadvantages of this hotel, cleanliness and cheerfulness. Cleanliness 5/10. In our room, there are only 2 lamps that work, it can be said that 80% of the remaining lamps are not working. There is also a television, but there is only one broadcast. The room smells a bit musty, maybe because the carpet in the room has not been cleaned for a long time.
Would I stay here again?
Probably yes.
Would I recommend to my friends?
Probably yes."
"A very quiet and comfortable seaside resort with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is divided into 2 sets. Although it is not much, it is of high quality. Just outside the door is the outdoor swimming pool, and outside the breakfast room is Pasir Beach. There is a seafood restaurant about 50 meters outside the resort, and Xiaofen Rental is parked there. There are not many Chinese people staying here, so it is best if your English is good."
"The hotel management lead by Mr Shan is very approachable and responsible.
The staff are polite and welcoming.
Although the breakfast selection is limited due to Ramadan, the food tastes great.
The hotel room is clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach.
Right at the entrance, you’ll find Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant and a foot massage place, making it very convenient. Definitely worth recommending!"

Great
AAndyLTTStaying in Pangkor Laut Resort was truly memorable. The resort was well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. The combination of luxury and nature was what drew me to come here and spend a short weekend getaway. It offers a serene environment to relax on a private island and even take on a little adventure such as tracking through a rainforest.
Overall I find Pangkor Laut Resort, a great place to unwind, destress and enjoy nature.
If you are looking for extreme sports, crowds and a place to stimulate your senses, Pangkor Laut Resort is not for you. And that is why I love my stay here, nothing but a piece of paradise, calm surroundings and pampering oneself.
TToherEverything is ok but service was very minimal.
During checkout, we asked for help getting a taxi to the jetty. Staff only tried one number, got no answer, and told us to walk to the main street to find any taxi. Most places would usually try a few more numbers. Luckily we had no luggage, but this was disappointing.
AAnonymous UserThe boss is very nice and always helpful. The living environment is warm and practical, and cost-effective. I especially like the balcony. If the WiFi was faster, it would be perfect. There are 711 and several chocolate duty-free shops downstairs, and there is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk towards the beach, which is very convenient.
TTuan Hadi✅ Great Location: The resort is just a short walk from Pasir Bogak beach, making it super convenient for beach lovers. Plus, there are shops and restaurants nearby, so you don’t feel isolated.
✅ Clean and Comfortable Rooms: Guests generally find the rooms clean and modern, with comfortable beds and decent amenities like air conditioning and a minibar.
✅ Friendly Staff: Many visitors praise the hotel staff for being helpful and welcoming, which adds to the positive experience.
✅ Nice Swimming Pool: If you’re not in the mood for the beach, the hotel’s outdoor pool is a great place to relax.
AAnonymous UserNice environment and view as well.
Staffs are good
Only had poor WiFi experience starting day 1 until end of day of the trip..
other than that, all are great
Nearby beach and restaurants
SSiyam MiahThe location was amazing. The vibe and surroundings were perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself was great, but the service could use some improvement. It's a beautiful spot, and with better service, it would be even better.
SSamsolJohanThe perfect place from which to explore Pangkor Island. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Nasi lemak. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and water sport . I will certainly be back. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in Pangkor Island.
Excellent food, lunch Rm15/person, abundant nasi goreng. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities.
AAnonymous User🌵The toilet door is not safe and should be fixed. Can see inside due to the large space between the door's edge and wall.
🌵Cleanliness is average due to stains on linen
🌵No lift.
❤️❤️❤️However, with sufficient drinking water and amenities, tv channels and, strong pressure of water supply is more than enough to compare the price. Walking distance to local restaurants and a free taxes zone to the shopping lot.
CCazuhI slept in this hotel during my stay in Pangkor.
I recommend it because it is near the Ferry which makes it easy to arrive and leave the island.
I recommend renting a scooter from this hotel, it will allow you to discover the island very easily.
EEisya JaafarI book 2 room. Room is not like resort or hotel. It is like chalet or guest house 1 star. No toilettries. Need to bring your own toilettries. Room is smelly and wet. Floor very wet at night.
The average price for hotels in Pangkor is KRW 100,678 on weekdays, and KRW 105,069 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
