The whole resort is as beautiful as the photos, but the cleanliness is not as good as expected. Another shortcoming is that the water heater really needs to be improved. It is either hot and cold, or there is almost no hot water. The water pressure is also low. If you care about the quality of the shower, you may need to consider it more.

The room is comfortable and clean. The mattress is just right and the hardness is just right. The direct access to the swimming pool room on the first floor is great. This time I booked a large bed and a small bed on the third floor. There is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage (the hotel staff will carry it up, remember to tip). Return When I checked in, I was tired and carried my luggage downstairs.

The interior was very pretty and the pool water was clean so it was great to play.
It's a bit far from Alona, so you have to take a tuk-tuk to get there.
