Very worst experience to deal with, I used to stay 17th to 18th April 2023, Room Number 202, I have asked for sleeper but Mr. Yogesh (Night Manager) completely denied to give hence I went to washroom bare footed which was very dirty. Room was full of mosquitoes even they don't give Complementary water to the customers and charged 2700 Rs per room which I have paid. This is the second time I have visited this hotel. Mr. Yogesh (Front Office Night Manager) a very cheap mentality guy who asked me to pay the amount of foam sleeper at my first visit 2 months ago and argued me for next 15 minutes. Today during my checkout Mr. Adesh (Front Office Manager) logged a complaint against Mr. Yogesh hope they will fire him soon. As per Mr. Adesh (FOM) foam sleepers are free have no cost to pay but the night manager Mr. Yogesh asked me to pay the amount of 50 Rs per pair without confirmation. I want the hotel authorities to take action against him.

Rooms were neat, clean and quite spacious. I was traveling with kids and the property felt safe as it's located inside a reputed colony. Food tasted delicious and staff was polite as well. Have already recommended it to friends

Location was good easy to reach on road hotel staff behaviour good food is not so good so avoid it. It is good for both family and single person.

The facilities are good but the behaviour of the staffs made us feel like we are using their freebie donations. 😭😭. Ordered food for two and had to eat in a single plate. Telephone in d room was not working initially which was corrected after complaining. Replaced d phone with another one and i had to yell loudly in that phone for placing orders. One more problrm is v had to park our car in the service road infront as they don't have parking facility

Good hotel room is ok ok but service little bit. Slow otherwise good staff and hotel the hotel is in a great location less than a 2 minute walk from where the panipat railway station and bus stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and modern. There was a great selection and quality of food at breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here on a recent 2 day business trip. Chose it for its proximity to panipat refinery. The room and washroom were large and spacious. Bedsheets were clean which is an essential for me. However, the mattress was old and squishy. The aircon went off the first night itself. Food is okay but breakfast buffet had limited options. Staff was decent and polite. Overall, an okay stay and i wouldn’t mind staying here on my next business visit. Won’t recommend for family as the location is remote and there are better choices close to city/highway.

It was a great experience. Everything was upto the mark and we fully enjoyed the stay with family. I don't think any hotel within this price can provide such beautiful rooms and lovely services. Staff is also very polite and helpful. Love the hotel.
