盤錦隆鑫賓館存在嚴重的“照騙”問題，宣傳照片中的整潔明亮與實物情況完全不符，實際住宿環境糟糕到令人難以接受。房間內的被子不僅毫無蓬鬆感，還佈滿明顯的發黃印記，一看就知道長期未得到徹底清洗；衞生間更是重災區，牆面、角落多處滋生黴漬，黑綠色的黴斑觸目驚心，讓人連基本的洗漱都不敢安心進行。
更讓人不適的是，賓館公共區域瀰漫著嚴重的異味，混合著潮濕黴味與不明異味，每次經過都需掩鼻，這樣的住宿條件既影響居住體驗，更存在衞生安全隱患。

多少年沒住過這種站邊的旅館了，學人家打着什麼大床、家庭房的旗號，其實就是多人混住的小旅店，價格還出奇的高。感覺被騙了。
