Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel!
All services in this hotel are performed with the utmost care. If there are already comments, we actively listen and immediately try to resolve them.
Although this is a large hotel, this is not really noticeable as several slices have been made where the guests can stay. Except in the main restaurant it can be very busy, but in other places this is manageable. Breakfast by the sea is a must.
Selection of drinks is very extensive and well cared for. Meals are very tasteful.

This was our second visit to Marine Palace in two years, and the return visit lived up to our recollections. The service from the hotel staff is second-to-none. The food is varied and of a high standard. Our stay was early in the season, and the weather wasn't great for part of the week, so not all of the facilities were open. We ate an a la carte meal at the Asian Fusion Marin Bay restaurant, and it was superb. The lobby bar is a great place to while away the hours. All in all, I would recommend the Marine Palace for old codgers like us, and young families.

The staff are the loveliest people and the hotel is gorgeous, it is much bigger than we first expected and is only a stones through to the local town which is full of tourist areas without being overly touristy. The staff were so welcoming, especially Eleni who was so lovely to speak to!

Eleni is superb! Very friendly and extremely helpful. All of the staff, from reception to housekeeping to the bar staff to the restaurant staff are all excellent and are wonderful- so polite and welcoming. Lovely stay - would recommend if you want a relaxing holiday. Nice to see they reinforce the sun loungers policy which means there's always sun loungers available, no matter what time of day and there's no scramble to grab one in the mornings. Food is lovely, lots of different choices every day. Drinks are also amazing. Well done to everyone for making our stay so memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was good and they had real branded drinks, including soft drinks. The staff were helpful and friendly and even left a birthday cake in our room as we’d put decorations up for a family birthday which was a lovely touch. The hotel is very family focused with younger children so meal times could be noisy but generally they were very well behaved and the hotel was clean. We found a quieter space by the lower pool and beach. They police the sunbeds well and we watched a member of staff going around them each day to remove belongings which had been left for more than 30 minutes. We didn’t struggle to find a sunbed at all. The hotel is slightly further from a large town but the local village is beautiful and a walk up the hill to watch the sun set is a must. We had a room with a door in the middle for our teenager to have more space and privacy, this was great. Most rooms seemed to include a patio area which was lovely. The aircon worked really well and the room was cleaned to a very good standard everyday. The hotel has lots of facilities like a car hire desk and they can organise trips out. We did late check out which was €95 until 4pm. All inclusive lasts until 5pm on the last day which is brilliant. The resort is designed like a Cretan village, the plants are maintained beautifully, there are lots of stairs but there is a paved path which runs the full length of the resort from the beach uphill so it can be accessed with pushchairs. We didn’t experience any problems with wasps or ants like we have at other hotels, the whole place was clean and tidy. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had such a wonderful experience with our waiter Nadia, as well as the lady that greeted us every morning and evening at the front of the restaurant, they hand out compliments left right and centre and are amazing people
