Amenities ...had a pool ..indoor one closed indefinately
Cleaning.. very poor dusty sandy balcony
Had a large gap in patio doors that maintenance hit with a hammer to fix!
Bathroom not cleaned properly ..only left one set of shower gel and shampoo..only 1 bottle of water left as complementary..mini bar empty..air con unit crashed to floor at 4am ..rang reception they said we will send someone to pick it up! Could have killed one of us ..all we got was a late check out ! Should have been a free weeks holiday at the least ..will not be returning ! This hotel is 3 star at best !

Comfortable clean hotel good amenities and excellent staff. Reception arrangement could improve. Reservations and reception two distinct areas. I had two queries about reservations which I was told could not be answered outside business hours.

They didn't check in for about an hour, then they demanded a deposit of 300 euros. Didn't apologize, didn't offer to sit down or have something to drink. Hour stood at the reception like a boy while they sorted it out. As a result, I was late for dinner. Extremely unprofessional front desk. Location in a very beautiful place on the coast.
