There are no disadvantages except that it is a little far away from the Archaeological Park. The room is large and the hotel also has a swimming pool. It is very cost-effective.

This hotel is infected with bugs ants and cockroaches when I told the receptionist she called me a liar ..the air con didn’t work the toilet leaked the shower head was full of limescale the bedding had holes and stains on them The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful …the first room we was put in was ridiculously small for 3 adults blinds didn’t work security light shining through we was moved to another room which was bigger but when I opened the balcony doors we was faced with a building site The food was horrible and extremely over priced 14 euros for a jacket potato The swimming pool was more a paddling pool that had hair and leafs init This hotel needs to be knocked down and the receptionist needs training I would NOT recommend this hotel It’s horrendous Bins in the toilet wasn’t changed for days Cats poo outside our door

Stayed for three weeks. Dated apartments BUT cosy and clean. Really enjoyed it. A microwave would be good. Excellent and hard working cleaners. Very friendly and helpful other staff. Treat them with respect and they could not be more helpful. Very nice pool area and bar. Lots of building work going in around but they tell you this beforehand. No big deal as lovely Venus beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Walking to the old town is 20 minutes and the place to go to eat and drink. Follow the locals.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, well decorated and the most kindness staff who honestly couldn't do enough for us. Natalia organised for us to have a room next to the pool before we even arrived as my little girl has special needs, Tina is an lady, she even opened up the shop late in the evening so we could get some supplies when we only arrived. And as for Connie what can I say, she makes the best latte, and is she so friendly. I actually felt guilty leaving as staff made us feel so welcome. This hotel is set in a quiet location. But due to lots of nearly completed building work surrounding the hotel unfortunately we had to move, as my daughter is very sensory to noise. Personally if she wasn't with us I'd have stayed no bother, and plan to visit again. I'd read different reviews before arriving. And wish I hadn't. As honestly for the price we paid via jet2. It was ideal for a last minute break. Go experience it for yourself and be kind to theor wonderful staff.

Unfortunately the cleaners at this complex are filthy. I arrived around 8pm on Saturday to find the appartment wasn't cleaned. The beds were made but there was a toilet brush in the toilet and a used shower gel on the shower window sill and sand on the floor. I got a really bad stomach when I woke up Sunday and had it all week. I disinfected everything. The cleaner came in when I was in the room on Monday. I had cleaned the kitchen sink and had plates, cutlery ect washed up on the side. The cleaner took her dity mop bucket with dirty water I presume from other rooms and poored it in my kitchen sink! On Wednesday I returned to find new towels folded on the bed. They were filthy covered in brown spots and smelly. Reception said there must have been a mix up with laundry and replaced them. On Thursday I returned from diving to find the mop bucket in my kitchen sink again. This time a different cleaner so this is obviously common practise. I reported this to reception and asked them not to let cleaners in my room again. It was apparent that none of the walls, handles, windows drawers and surfaces had been cleaned for some time. There were little hairs and smears all over. It is such a shame because the appartment was dated but nice. The complex and pool was nice. I use the bar the first night and it had a good atmosphere but in daylight when I saw that the cleaning was poor I didn't want to risk it again. The man that worked there was pleasant and fixed by shower immediately when it didn't work. The lady at the counter on Saturday morning kindly let me stay in the room until 11:15 which was very nice. This is why I gave a 2. The Appartments are in the middle of a building site at the moment which is unfortunate but not their fault. The banging started at 7am sharp every day. It didn't bother me as I was out every day. Despite this I would have give this place a 4 if it had been cleaned. They clearly haven't heard of cross contamination. The next person might get a lot sicker than me.

Would avoid, worst 3 star I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely filthy, covered in ants. Self catering is impossible within the living conditions. The pool had scum around it for the 2 weeks we was there. Moved rooms several times, was offered another hotel for an additional £850 which we could not afford. Plug sockets hanging off the wall major danger hazard

As expected for the price - nice enough, small hotel so atmosphere very much dependant on the other families around. Sun loungers get reserved early and there aren't many, staff say this is not allowed but do nothing to enforce it. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, rooms are OK, basic and dated however. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

the rooms were amazing, they were cleaned by the lovely cleaner she was plesent and always asked how we were doing and if we liked the place and we would always say yes. i would definitely come back again. it was also very relaxing and the staff helped my mum ( who had had a broken ankle for 17 years) and the staff were lovely they always asked how you was doing and made you lovely food.
