The apartment is as convenient and clean as home. It is within walking distance of the scenic spots and not far from the Dahang Supermarket. Take a walk by the sea to see the unique scenery and rich cultural atmosphere. It is romantic and very good.

Horrible experience.
Upon arrival, after a 14 hour journey with a stopover, we are told that our room is not available as it flooded for some reason, all after further wasting our time by being nice.
They tell us they have booked us a room in another hotel 5 minutes away by car and there the car chase begins with the owner who takes the wrong road and runs without waiting for us.
They take us to an old hotel, with stained sheets and an area with nothing around.
The worst experience of my life, highly discouraged.
Thankfully the assistance from Trip was excellent, but do not book this hotel at all.

Great apartment!!!!!Extremely clean and very spacious! Within walking distance to harbour and main ***** about 7/10 either way. I would definitely stay here again. Small pool area. Staff were really chatty and friendly too!☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

This si the 2nd time we have stayed at the Crystallo Apartments. The rooms are super clean, with a well equipped kitchenette even supplying tea towel and washing up liquid. The beds are really comfortable with light weight quilts and sheets. Room has TV with a few English channels. A free safe and Air-conditioning. The Apartments are close to the King's Arcade. We stayed in room 8 the balcony was small, the pool area more than made up for that. Sunbeds with cushions which is a real treat. Drinks st the pool are reasonable €2 for a coke. Check in was straight forward with really helpful staff.

Stayed here Christmas 2024. The apartments are great value for money and within a 7 minute walk to the ***** with great Restuarants, Pubs, Shops etc. There is a local 24 shop within a 4 minute walk for basics like Bread, Milk etc. The gentleman STATHIS is a lovely welcoming guy he was on the night shift, had many chats with him as i had a drink at the bar(Drinks are also great value).Stathis was very helpful with anything asked of him. I will return soon and look forward to seeing STATHIS again. 10/10
