The apartment complex located in the tourist aeria just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The apartment has a stunning view to the sunset wedding the lovely balcony(inc. table, chairs, umbrella). The bedroom contains a double bed with closet and view to the pool. Also the living room has a lot of space with tv and full equipment kitchen. Last and not least Mr Stavros was so friendly, polite and helpful. Recommended!!!

Last week, we returned from a 2-week stay at the Seashell Apartments. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews, but the excellent price encouraged us to take a risk. And oh boy, am I glad we did! The place is fantastic—comfortable, well-located, and offers a perfect balance of quiet relaxation and proximity to pubs for those who enjoy a night out. The property is well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart are the OWNERS. While it wasn't our first time in Cyprus, it was our first stay at Seashell Apartments, and I have never met such helpful people. We had a particularly tricky reservation involving six apartments with three different arrival and departure times, and a mix of apartment types (from studios to two-bedrooms). The owners went above and beyond to assist us with the booking and all the various tasks, both big and small. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our stay amazing, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

I booked one night at the Seashell Apartments in Paphos as we had to leave our villa at 10am and our flight was not until 10pm that night so needed somewhere to be able to store our luggage and have showers etc after enjoying a day on the beach. The apartment was fantastic, just what we needed, good size, excellent amenities, clean and close to the beach. I would thoroughly recommend booking at these apartments.

Just an overnight stay in Paphos for a function. Nonetheless, the maisonette apartment that was allocated to us for the night was clean and ready for our check in time. The man on reception was pleasant, courteous and offered us any further help we needed. Definitely value for money and certainly worth a look again for us if we have to overnight in Paphos in the future.

After walking up a series of uninviting steps we entered an apartment that was very dated. Cracked and worn floor tiles everywhere and a cooker with old solid rings. The bathroom suite was avocado green with an over bath shower that barely trickled water. At least the heady aroma of bleach meant we knew it was clean. The tv plug didn’t fit the socket so we couldn’t use it. We were only there for a few daylight hours as we had to leave our villa early but ended up heading to a supermarket instead as it was cooler and brighter. Air conditioning was at an additional charge.

We booked these apartments for two days at the end of our holiday because we had to check out of our Villa much earlier than our flight home. Our apartment was very clean and had everything you need.and is a very good location. The people who checked us in were very friendly and make you feel very welcome. We would happily recommend Seashell Apartments and will return when we next visit Cyprus.

The hotel is terrible, I can’t understand why it has such a rating on Booking? Cockroaches in the room, the room itself stank very much of old furniture, air conditioning costs 5 € per day for 1. And the most unpleasant thing is that at night while we were sleeping, thieves climbed into our room through the balcony and STOLEN an expensive bag with branded glasses, money and a cap, everything expensive that was lying in the kitchen. The hotel management refused to view the cameras, citing the fact that they did not have time. We called the police, they recorded our statements and promised that the management would look at the cameras (they would show 100% who broke in and at what time) and they would call us. It is clear that no one did this! And from the first reaction of the owners or what to call them, I don’t even know, it became clear to us that theft in their hotels is commonplace!!!!
