I wasn't told that the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. I brought two 8 year old and a 1 year old that were all excited to go swimming as that's why I picked this hotel that had the pool. They would no reimburse us. I called trips.com and atleast got a 60$ refund which I believe wasn't enough due to the fact that I choose this particular hotel because it showed they had a pool and that's one of the main reasons we wanted to come. The kids were extremely upset because they didn't get to swim. Also the bathroom was covered with tiny black spiders. The kids were afraid so I had cleaned it up before telling the front desk. The workers were great but unhappy with the bathroom and the fact that there was no pool.

Our room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

The room cleaning is generally OK, but I have worked in housekeeping so I am a bit picky. There are some food residues in the gaps between the tables, and the mirror faces the bed. But foreigners may not really care about these things. There are very few types of breakfast, almost all of which are cold dishes. The location is not very convenient. It is really easy to miss the exit next to an overpass, and you have to climb up and down the overpass when walking. It is quite dangerous. If it was not close to the examination room, I might have changed to another one. There are no restaurants around, only Ubereats can deliver food.

The hotel is very motel, you have to drive in and out. It has been renovated, the bathroom and washing are very good. The air conditioner and the highway are the source of noise at night, you have to overcome it yourself. The bed is quite comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is rich, but it will feel a little monotonous after staying for a long time. Overall good.
