Seda Manila Bay

Location is excellent, amenities are superb, theres a lot of activities for kids just a few steps away from ayala mall which is very helpful to have a lot of option for restaurant.

We recently stayed overnight at SEDA Manila Bay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here’s my review: Check-in Process: The check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the amenities and breakfast options. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens smelled fresh. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee set, and toiletries. However, I did notice a slight humming noise from the air conditioning unit, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Amenities: The hotel offered great amenities for an overnight stay. I made use of the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The gym was small but had all the essentials for a quick workout. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Food: I had dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the food was delicious, albeit slightly pricey. The breakfast buffet the next morning had a good variety, catering to both local and international tastes. Service: The service was top-notch! The staff were friendly, accommodating, and prompt with their responses. But when I requested for a glass replacement due too crack upon check-in on the room they just noted and never replace it. Overall Experience: I’d rate my stay an 8.5/10. It was a restful and enjoyable experience, perfect for a short getaway. The only minor issue was the air conditioning noise, but that didn’t overshadow the excellent service and comfort the hotel provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

There are a lot of facilities for family to fun. It's good for family stay.

The hotel itself is clean and adjacent to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, which is a big reason for us to possibly book again in the future. However, we’re disappointed with how they managed the breakfast buffet. The queue was long and waited for about 30 minutes before we were able to get in, prolly because the hotel is short-staffed. Also, the room assigned to us has electrical fluctuations which scared us, nonetheless, their electrician was able to troubleshoot it. Lastly, we arrived at the hotel at 3PM, which is an hour after the supposed check in time at 2PM, but only given a room at 3:30PM. Quite disappointing.

This is our second time at Seda Manila and we are happy with the fast check-in and check-out. We availed the lounge access but in comparison with the one at Seda North this one did not meet our expectations because of limited food and time.
