Very Disappointing Stay Poor Cleanliness and Basic Service
I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I feel like other travelers should be aware of what I experienced. When I first entered my room, I was shocked to find several small cockroaches crawling on the bed not just one, but around five. I got scared and picked up the phone to call the front desk, and that’s when a larger cockroach came out from behind the phone and crawled onto the pillow. I took a video as proof.
The staff responded by transferring me to another room, which I appreciated. But the issues didn’t stop there. It was already midnight, and I needed to take a shower only to find that there were no towels in the room. I called the front desk and was given just one towel. After my shower, I realized there was no floor mat either, so the floor got completely wet. I had to call again to ask for a mat.
Overall, I cant recommend this place. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and basic amenities like towels and mats shouldn’t require repeated requests. I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously and improves their standards.

The room had tiny roaches. The bed had bugs and it was itchy and uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff was very courteous.

The hotel rooms conditions are terrible went bad. Bugs everywhere in the room and bedsheets stains , very very old towels ….

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!
AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH
Hotel very dirty, infested of COCKROACHES of all sizes, the smell of the hotel is particular and moldy due to this issue. We changed the room twice but ended up leaving the hotel in 1h due to this disgusting experience. They accepted to cancel the reservation made through Trip platform but once we left the hotel they just rejected the cancellation request and it was finally charged by Trip, so I lost my money.
TRIP IS NOT SHOWING THE COMMENTS REGARDING COCKROACHES BUT GO TO GOOGLE RECIEW AND CHECK IT BY YOURSELVES!
This hotel should be shut down from all hotel platforms!

- The receptionist is not welcome to check in early
- No hairdryer, toothbrush, pure water are provided
- Facilities are quite old (electrical plugs and some lights are broken)
- the only good thing is location
