"Our recent stay at the hotel was excellent. The check-in and check out process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. I particularly appreciated the breakfast buffet they gave us complimentary birthday cake it is delicious, the fast Wi-Fi and the comfortable bed, We love FROST by the pool on the 6th floor specially the staff Aena, Yvette, Therese and Sir Jhosua, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. "The staff was very polite. The front desk attendant helped me call a car on my phone. The hotel is located in a high-end residential area. Drivers must show their ID cards when entering and exiting the gate of the avenue, so it is very safe. I live on a high floor and can see the seaside. The view is beautiful at night."

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

GGuest UserGrand Westside Hotel is the newest hotel in the Bay area so we gave it a try.
GOOD:
1. Would like to thank Ms. Gamboa, FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. She was hands on the whole time and we saw her going around making sure the guests were assisted during this high occupancy weekend. Salute👍🏽!
2. Cafe by Westside was elegantly designed and was bright with tall windows. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to enjoy different food options. I liked their cheese and charcuterie stations.
3. Complimentary Sauna and Steam room facilities for both male and female was very relaxing. Not common these days in hotels in the same star category.
4. Location is great being walkable to Okada and Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
COULD BE MPROVED:
1. Not for hotel guests with huge suitcases for multi day use. The common rooms are very petite. No space to open a large suitcase. Or you can book the end corner units which are Executive Suites which are double the size of the common rooms.
2. The flimsy plastic white shower curtains make the toilet feel like a dormitory common shower. Since the hotel did not spend on the shower enclosures, there are thicker fabric shower curtains with more upscale texture and design.
3. As a brand new hotel, we were surprised that the room TVs are NOT smart/internet units. When the time comes, please install Smart TV for watching guests' subscription channels.
Will we come back, sure but will book the executive room to have a better stay experience.

GGuest UserCelebrating wifey's birthday in one of our favorite hotels by the bay. This review will focus on the unique facilities, Club Room and Executive Club Lounge.
GOOD:
1. Big roofdeck pool allowing space for even high volume days.
2. Unique to this hotel is the golf putting green in the middle.of an enclosed courtyard. Very peaceful.
3. Executive/club lounge guests has just enough food and drinks to get by. With limited cocktails and petite spread to get by without leaving the 11th club floor.
4. Service from most of the employees is top notch!
5. Appreciate the petite greeting pastry sent to our room.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1 Club floor rooms are smallish in size. While the basic 4 star amenities are there, no room to open a full sized luggage. Pls provide a folding luggage rack as option.
2. Our keycards all got deactivated at 11am,...One hour before official check out time. Is Seda pushing us out asap? Imagine...the birthday stay going well until the last one hour when this issue kinda ruined the momentum. So was forced to down to the FO with this issue and they gave us 1pm late checkout extension.
Conclusion: we still like Seda Manila Bay and hoping that these small issues are prevented in our next stays.

MMaCE 11Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️
Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️
I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️
My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated).
During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside.

JJerie RoseThe rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interconnected pool deck allows for easy access to multiple pools. Most Nobu hotel staff are very helpful especially Karl of front desk, but some staff are rude and very disrespectful the team of XRAY security. We asked them politely but they answered us in a disrespectful way, maybe they think they owned the hotel how they talk. Maybe they they just lack of manners because that’s how they grow up and they need more “RE TRAINING” to do how they treat a hotel guest.
The hotel is connected to DreamPlay, an indoor theme park by DreamWorks, designed specifically for children. It offers interactive play zones based on popular DreamWorks movies, which will keep younger kids entertained. The hotel can be enjoyable for a family stay, especially if you're looking to balance luxury with activities for the kids. However, keep in mind that the casino and nightlife may be a downside for some. And booking through Trip.com is very convenient.

GGuest UserLocation is great, just beside Dream Play. But, my purpose is to go to Parqal Mall early the next day. The reason I chose this hotel was because it is just opposite Parqal Mall as shown on map. But in reality, there was a barrier between the hotel and Parqal, so I need to walk from the back of the hotel. also, no near restaurants aside from the one at the hotel lobby.
Aside from that, overall experience from staff to hotel room was great.

1. The Ac default setting around 17 deg ,so cool and unable to change the setting. I think this is done purposly to avoid using AC and force to use sealing fan ( electricity saving , no use for gust)
2. Bed lamp is so big like a street light just above the bed, how can use it ? So bright after turn on. This also basically setup purposly .this way to avoid using light at night and can save electricity.
Over all nothing can use , just sleep on bed and check out😁😁😁

AAngelica EranaDuring our stay, there was a typhoon, which caused an electricity outage and the elevator to stop for a few minutes. Unfortunately, we were inside the elevator at the time. However, the building staff were very attentive and kept us calm while we were stuck. The host was also very accommodating and replied immediately whenever we needed help or had questions. The room had a great view, right in front of the pool, and we could see the sunset perfectly. The room was also good, very relaxing, and equipped with all the necessary appliances.

GGuest UserThis is an affordable hotel, suitable for a very short stay. The environment is noisy, so bring ear plugs to help deal with the noise from the airconditioner and vehicles outside. My room had a lot of ants and they are inside my bag and on my clothes, so prepare yourself for that. I can feel the ants crawling all over me when I held my bag at the airport.
