Great Hotel , room very modern and clean , fully equipped with everything you need , had great wifi signal , Kosta was a great host , Told us where to go what attractions to see , location was great away from all the noise of the busy streets of parga. 5 out of 5 stay , also best price per night in the area .

La scala is 5 min from Parga centre in a quite place The rooms are very big and nice ....very clean... Kostas is very nice but Sonia especially nice helping us carry the suitcases up the stairs... The only bad about LaScala are the many stairs...it's a trouble carrying heavy suitcases up to the room..

Came back and it was perfect. Kostas is a very nice Host as we know him. the place is sparkling clean (Cleaning everyday, change linen and towels every 2 days) and the view is magnific. Very good VALUE for the money! If you LOVE the views in Parga you can chose La Scala Residence!

Pros: das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist gut. Die meisten anderen Unterkünfte in ähnlich zentraler Lage waren teurer. Der Ausblick ,vor allem auf der oberen Ebene, unbezahlbar. Appartements waren gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon war groß. Contra: die Treppen waren mit Kindern schon sehr anstrengend. Die Wege zu den Unterkünften allgemein sehr eng. Für kürzere Zeiträume lief kein Wasser. Fazit: man bekommt für was man zahlt. Wenn man sich darüber im Klaren ist das die Unterkunft auch nicht erst ein paar Jahre alt ist und das Mobiliar einfach gehalten ist, hat man einen guten Aufenthalt.

Molto difficoltoso per arrivarci strada stretta ,salite a gomito e a doppio senso,sistemati in stanza all'ultimo piano e con oltre 50 scalini da fare a piedi con valige pesanti senza AIUTO DI NESSUNO, all'arrivo non funzionava frigorifero e gocciolava tubo scarico wc(FORSE ...andavano controllati prima ?) è a 5 minuti dal centro di Parga in un posto tranquillo con ottima vista panoramica. La stanza x 4 persone ha spazi piuttosto ridotti e senza tavolo interno(solo tavolo esterno al sole...) ma pulito.(con pulizia giornaliera) Parcheggio auto di fortuna e non sufficiente se tutti gli appartamenti sono occupati. Kostas che non era presente alle 14 quando siamo arrivati è stato un po troppo nervoso con noi e s'è mostrato poco gentile quando gli abbiamo fatto presente dei problemi (frigo e wc) che comunque poi sono stati risolti... il 15/8 l' intero residence è rimasto senza corrente dalle 17:30 alle 20:30 circa !!! A Parga ci ritornerei volentieri in questo "residence"( che ha poco di residence...) credo proprio di no....

Ξεκινώντας με τα Θετικά του ξενοδοχείου: - είναι σε καλό ψηλό σημείο με ωραία θέα. - το δωμάτιο παρέχει τα βασικά όπως πολυκουζινάκι, ψυγείο & κλιματισμό. Δυστυχώς όμως τα αρνητικά είναι πολύ περισσότερα: - Η καθαριότητα κακώς διαφημίζεται με 5 αστέρια σε πολλές κριτικές αφού στο δωμάτιο περπατούσαν μυρμήγκια σε όλη την κουζίνα και στο πάτωμα. - η κράτησή μου ήταν για 4 άτομα (2 ενήλικες & 2 μεγάλα παιδιά) και βάση κράτησης θα έπρεπε να υπήρχαν 3 κρεβάτια και 1 καναπες- κρεβάτι. Εμείς βρήκαμε δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ-κρεβάτι ο οποίος ήταν κλειστός χωρίς σεντόνια. Το δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν με το ζόρι 3κλινο. - πρέπει να ανέβεις 70 σκαλιά αν μένεις στον πρώτο όροφο ή 92 αν μένεις στον δεύτερο. - το ύφος του τύπου που είναι στη ρεσεψιόν (μάλλον ο ιδιοκτήτης) είναι τουλάχιστον Απαράδεκτο, Ειρωνικό και Πικρόχολο. Το μόνο καλό ήταν ότι μας είπε 2 πράγματα για την πόλη, κατά τα άλλα μας αντιμετώπιζε σαν να του είχαμε υποχρέωση ή σαν να του ζητήσαμε δανεικά. Λυπάμαι για την επιλογή μου, το σίγουρο είναι ότι δεν θα με ξαναδεί.
