The hotel is clean and tidy. It is close to the train station and restaurants. It has convenient transportation. We booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but the Eiffel Tower is very far away and there are no full-length floor-to-ceiling windows. Next time, I will stay near the Champs Elysees, which is convenient for shopping and taking photos. The front desk service is slow, check-in and check-out are very slow. I like a bunch of colleagues chatting there. Guests are already queuing up and there are no sofas to sit in. The lobby is too small and doesn’t look like a Courtyard. It looks like a holiday Inn.

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.

The hotel is very conveniently located beside Gare du Nord, it is easy to find with huge signages. The reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small as meant for only 2 adults, however, the location made up for the size of the rooms. There are also many food choices close to the hotel to meet every kind of food preferences from kids, teens and adults. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to meet our requests. The beds were very comfortable and good for travelers coming to and from the station at late or early hours. They allow late check-out for a fee, which was useful for us a we had a late train out from Gare du Nord.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located, I was deeply disappointed with the service, which falls far below the standards expected of the Pullman brand. From the moment I arrived, the service was slow and disorganized. Long lines at check-in were made worse by a lack of guidance—guests were left standing around, unsure of where to wait or what to do. I also had issues with my toilet from the first day. Despite reporting the problem and trying to remain patient, the situation only got worse. By the second day, the toilet wouldn’t flush at all. A technician was supposedly sent while I was out, but when I returned, it was still broken, now flushing water nonstop and creating constant noise. After waiting over an hour for assistance, I had to go down to reception myself. They finally offered to move me to another room, but no one apologized, took responsibility, or showed any empathy for the inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, they didn’t even offer help with moving my luggage to the new room. Overall, the poor service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. For the price and Pullman’s reputation, this experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is near major train stations and there are many shops around, supermarket pharmacy bakery. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has a nice interior. however i personally didn't like that the toilet and shower is separated. all in all we are satisfied with this hotel.

Overall the room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff members were very kind for anything. Although the location is a bit far from the center you still have access to the bus stops and the metro nearby. There is also a small shopping town in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Would like to recommend!

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel in Paris! Convenience location in downtown near the Eiffel Tower, The room is decorated elegantly and clean! The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again. Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently. Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night. The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee. Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.
