Hotel Aix Europe

Dirty, greasy, broken bed, hairs everywhere, rubbish bin from previous customers, etc. If you don't want to get sick, don't book this we checked in and after 20 minutes we checked out. we reported to the reception that the room and the bathroom were dirty, but the reception told us that nothing would be done until the next day and that even if we changed rooms, little would have changed because all the rooms are more or less similar. so we decided to leave this place before we got sick. and fortunately we found a real hotel nearby clean and very nice. we asked for at least 50% refund since we weren't there more than 20 minutes but it was denied. stay away from this place, and someone who has never done a bad review in her life tells you so.

Booked and cancelled when I found out this hotel does not provide breakfast, they claim they have taken it away due to the ”health crisis” despite covid time is since long over. The hotel wrote me they were sorry I cancelled before tasting it (”gouter”) which is odd since there is nothing to taste

My daughter had booked this hotel via ********* and had paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately her flight was cancelled last minute and rearranged for the next day by Easy Jet. When she arrived in Paris the next day she called the hotel to apologize and confirm that she would be checking in late to which they said no problem. However, when she arrived they said they had cancelled the booking due to her not showing up the day before. They were extremely unhelpful and rude, told her they would not honor her booking and refused to give her a refund or agree for them to stay despite them having empty rooms and her £250. This would have left 2 young women stranded in Paris at night without anywhere to sleep! Eventually after a telephone call from ********* they agreed that they could stay that night but they had no room for the following eve. ********* requested a refund of the unused night which was to be approved by the manager the following day. Unfortunately the manager was just as rude and refused to give them a refund for anything. The customer service this hotel provides is terrible. They cancelled a booking without informing the client, (not the first time this has happened when you look at the other reviews). Avoid like the plague!!
