The hotel is in a good location, just 200-300 meters away from the subway station. The double room is small, but the family suite is quite spacious, with a 1.8-meter bed and a 1.4-meter sofa bed. There are no slippers and disposable toothbrushes in the double room, but they are provided in the family room. The gym facilities are very complete. In winter, at 7:15 in Paris, it is still dark, and the gym is full, and there are group classes. The breakfast is not bad, especially the croissants and avocado salad, but the variety is a bit limited. I stayed for three nights and had the same breakfast every day. It is quite cost-effective.

The location of the hotel is great; it is pretty close to the Metro and supermarkets (Franprix and Monoprix). There are several nice restaurants around. However, the room is full of dust, and the bathroom is a little moldy at the corners of the bathtub. The water temperature is so unstable as a roller coaster. For personal reasons, I kept my privacy tag hanging on the door during my stay and cleaned the room myself. However, two staff members tried to break in for a 'wellness check,' which was quite rude. The mattress is probably the worst I have ever had in any Marriott; it made my back hurt for days.

The stay was good overall. The gym is really good and the room was quite comfortable. Michel from the breakfast room, on the other side, was quite rude and uncomfortable. It ruined breakfast for us everyday and was fully unnecessary. Arriving at the last 10 minutes of breakfast should not make us feel unwelcome, especially as we always left when the restaurant closed.
