The location is great—very close to the metro exit. However, I’d like to point out some issues. The room door and bathroom door were very difficult to open; it took a lot of force each time. Also, my room was on the 7th floor, and even though there’s an elevator, there are still stairs to climb after getting off, which was inconvenient when carrying heavy luggage.

Very pleasant experience and the CBD landmark are mostly at the Green line. Easy to access and manoeuvre using the Underground. Staff are well prepared and very attentive to our needs.

This is exactly what you would expect a good 4 star hotel to have. The location was amazing as there is a train station entrance 2 steps away from the entrance. The room also had a surprise balcony!

Hotel location is very good, just in front of Metro station.
The room is just French size, but the bathroom is quite big.
The staff are very helpful, and they are very happy to offer assistance when we need any help.
The breakfast is perfect, with many varieties of meats, salads, cheeses and drinks.
