I loved staying at the hotel.The best experience was when I was almost late for the breakfast.One of the waiters was kind and very patient, he accepted to wait for me and made sure I get all the food I needed.
Furthermore when I had to extend my staying I didn’t have to move to another room.They helped me with a fast check-in

Hotel was excellent and very clean. The restaurant downstairs was lovely and reasonably priced.
The hotel location is decent but a walk away from major landmarks but is a walkable distance.
We'd definitely stop here again but we were shocked by the amount of tourasit tax we had to pay! €50 seemed very expensive considering we recently stayed in mallorca and paid €3 tax

There are no a bathrobe and even a shower cap in the room is strange for a 4* hotel

Our stay was ok. Breakfast on last day was a bit chaotic, for example both coffee machines were out of order for a while.

We stayed for 3 nights and in that 2 days they didn’t clean the room and wash room was also not good .. I will not suggest this hotel to any one .. waste of money .. no proper service .. front office is very rude..

No shoes, no toothbrush, nothing…it was a mess. Never recommend this to someone who use to travel to many countries
