We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading some bad reviews.. we only stayed here one night but it was everything you would need. The room was clean, had a brilliant AC unit as the weather was very hot in Paris, there was a fridge with water, the tv was signed into a guest account on all streaming services & the man at reception was very helpful and really funny. He set out a summer seat for us outside the hotel & offered us coffee as we waited on our taxi. We were unsure about this place but as we only needed it for one night so thought we would take the risk, but if we were coming back to Paris again we would definitely consider this hotel! I never met any rude members of staff, both I encountered were so helpful. Location is around 30 mins taxi from Eiffel Tower which is around €16 in an Uber

The hotel was generally fine and what we expected for the price, except for its poor cleanliness. Right when we arrived in the room, we found at least 4 hairs on the bed, under the covers, and on the pillowcases. It was nice to have an AC unit but was not worth it just for that.

Very satisfied indeed. Welcoming staff and extremely helpful. Good position, very well connected to the centre. Also surrounded by good, economical restaurants. Free WiFi available, clean rooms. Only the bathroom was a little small.

I asked a gentleman who appeared to be the proprietor at reception if I could book a taxi to the airport, for myself and my two friends for the following morning. His response was no, because as an English person I would be taken back to the airport by the Police in a bus. He said this would do everyone a favour and they would use EU money to do it! We thought this might have been a bad joke and asked again if he could book a taxi and he refused. Needless to say I won’t be rushing back. The hotel is very basic and reception is not open before 11 in the morning which is not that helpful if you would like any advice/ before you head out for the day.

3 star hotel ?? Unfinished rooms with still dirty linens.. after reporting it we discover a room with clean sheets thrown away but still with the pile of dirty sheets, dirty toilets with the toilet not flushed and beds not made . To flee

I believe that the low average is due to old reviews from when perhaps the hotel was in a different state than it is today. Right now it is a good solution for those who intend to use the hotel as a "home base" after a day spent wandering and are not interested in particular extra services. Cleanliness could be improved a little and there was a slight unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but nothing that couldn't be solved by opening the window a little. On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable, the location was great and the staff was very friendly.

Lousy. Ugly. Dirty. Ugly room. Sheets probably not changed (sort of burgundy colored duvet…) I wonder how such an establishment can have 3 stars. It's a complete scam considering the price paid.

Hotel très décevant par les prestations, par l'hygiène, moisissure dans la douche ,tout est obsolète et à refaire la réception est inexistante ,quelques heures par jour, seul l'emplacement est exceptionnel et relève la note ,le personnel est correct quand il est là.

L accueil a été adorable malgré notre arrivée en avance, le monsieur a cherché une chambre faite pour nous l attribuer, il nous a également conseillé des visites.La literie est confortable et la chambre tout a fait correcte équipée d une bouilloire avec thé et café, le petit plus une viennoiserie accrochée à la porte le matin offert gracieusement. L hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux théâtres, grand rex etc...un peu de bruit du aux voisins.
