My twin and I celebrated our birthday in Paris and found this place a lovely alternative to big hotels. Location is close to metro and if you like to walk … which is doable as well. We made all the rounds, found a clean room upon return (4 night) and ever so friendly staff which made us feel as we were the only guests! Yes, the hotel had other guests …. we noted at breakfast time. Everyone is friendly in the small breakfast nock! Nice choices to choose from and all fresh produce! The fact that no carpets were in the room made it clean, the flower’s and champagne we pe- requested were nicely awaiting us, making it a beautiful start on the small terrace! We would definitely return.

Took a risk to book for one night as it's close to Gare du Nord, and unfortunately it wasn't great. The lobby area is welcoming but that's about it. They advertise as having wifi but it's only available in the lobby - not on the floors of the rooms. The older man who oversees front desk during evening shift was rude - when I asked about the wifi he called me down to the lobby and then shooed me off ordering me to "Go", as if I had asked an offensive question? Very weird. (The younger receptionist there during the day was nicer) Towels were tough as they don't use fabric softener. I don't think I would stay again even for the price.

I had a spacious room here for two nights. Everything of a good standard. The hotel receptionists charged a 10 euro city tax. I think it is normally supposed to be two. The same person was not there the next day. They regularly change the staff on the front desk. Watch out for this one.

Hello Attention staff at the reception not friendly at all limit no hello I have to repeat for someone to answer me I do not recommend at all I would never go there again there are much better in the surrounding area. Paris, city of light, some people should put light in their heads or their lives

J'avais choisi l'hôtel pour sa proximité avec la gare du nord et de l'est : effectivement 10 minutes à pied ! Le prix est raisonnable et la propreté est au rendez-vous... Cependant, si vous aimez les expériences immersives en terre hostile, allez y ! Nous n'avions pas de papier toilette dans la chambre, le lit n'avait pas de couette ni couverture, il a fallu réclamer... ça fait 2 oublis pour une même chambre ! Bref une expérience de camping à la dure non soupçonnée au départ ! Question de goût mais si vous aimez dormir à l'équerre, les oreillers vous raviront... si vous préférez un calage moins épais et rembourré, vous allez avoir du mal à dormir. D'ailleurs à ce propos, difficile de dormir avec le bruit de la rue et celui des portes de chambres de l'étage. Dommage

Schifo è la prima parola che mi viene in mente. Arrivi e già dall’entrata con vetrate sporchissime non curate, con scritte cadute e lasciate lì con polvere di 3 cm capisci che sei fregata. Si.. si trova vicino alla metro, ma la proprietaria molto maleducata per niente accogliente, dovrebbe da donna curare più là pulizia del suo hotel.. che è squallido. Io non ci metterò mai più piede. I cuscini sono piccoli e altissimi, torcicollo per tutta la vacanza, mura sottili, abbiamo avuto la sfiga di avere un tizio accanto che ha cantato tutta la notte con musica ad alto volume. Bagno minuscolo e ti danno una solo telo al giorno, nella prenotazione c’era scritto bidet ( non è vero non ci cascate) tutto scomodo, puzzolente e sporco da fare schifo, Lenzuola con macchie e peli ovunque. Il signore che ci lavora molto simpatico e cordiale.. parla anche italiano, L’unico cordiale e disponibile.. del resto esperienza da dimenticare
