Stay away from this place. My husband and 15 year old daughter stayed here in December and it was terrible. Numerous confusing emails beforehand saying the apartment wasn’t available, only a smaller one, sent emails back, no response. Arrived on the night at 9pm, walked through a filthy entrance way and in to an even filthier lift and then the pin code didn’t work for the door, whose lock was nearly falling off anyway. Spent 15 mins trying to ring the contact number, no answer, then finally got a hold of someone to change the pin. The room was not as advertised - was not two bedroom with living area (our bed was in the kitchen, which consisted of a sink), no fireplace, big tub of cigarette butts outside windows, dirty curtains, stained towels, dust on everything. We left after the first night, contacted the hotel for a refund, they keep telling us it’s with a manager. This cost is over $2000 for a week.

We stayed on the 64th floor at 29 Saint Lazare Street, very close to the Opera Garnier. The apartment is very well located. The elevator was broken and they told us about it the day before we arrived. We were on the 6th floor, we had to go up and down during the 5 days, hell besides being over 30 degrees in Paris. At all times we entered the doors with codes and we had no contact with anyone. They left us one towel per person for the 5 days we stayed. The bathroom was much smaller than in the photos and they didn't give us any gel or shampoo. There was no air conditioning, when they told us there was. They charged me the day before arriving €200 on my card, in addition to the money for the apartment in total. No one notified us of that operation at any time.

The apartment is super well located in the Opera area. Very well connected to several metro lines, although it has such a good location that you can walk to the main tourist spots. There are several breakfast places and restaurants right on the same street. There is a carrefour city on the sidewalk in front. The apartment is not very big but ideal to go to dinner and sleep. We have been in an apartment for 4 and it had two double beds. It's very comfortable. Equipped with kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and hair dryer. It is very clean and has a nice decoration. You don't have contact with anyone, everything is by codes, although you have the phone number, email and WhatsApp of those responsible in case something arises. Of course, if I return to Paris, I would return to these apartments.

A fuir, appartement dans un fin fond d'un immeuble sans lumière dans le couloir, arrivé 15h pas de courant dans l appartement. Pensant que c était le Mr qui bricoler dans l appart à côté nous sommes répartis nous promener. 0h15 retour pas d électricité nous appelons le numero, le Mr nous dis que ca va revenir d ici 30 min toujours rien à 8h00 du matin. Donc pas d eau chaude pas de lumière et pas de petit déjeuner qui devait être livrer au alentours de 8h . Nous quittons l appartement à 9h30 sans petit déjeuner. Vraiment honteux

Fabuleux séjour avec les appartements ws proche des transports et un service client au top. J'ai vraiment appréicié le service client plus qu'attentionné pour nous demander si nous avions besoin de nouvelles serviettes! Mon prochain séjour sur Paris sera avec WS
