Exactly what it says on the tin. Ideal price if you’re happy with literally just using it as a base for sleep and your luggage. Staff are brilliant and the 24 hour reception was great as a result of our visit and experience. Certainly would have no problem staying here in the future if I return to Paris

It was a huge disappointment. The biggest concern I had was security, especially when I opened the windows, my room was only a thin and low barrier from the streets. A thinner pedestrian could easily climb into my room. Then why don't you close the windows? Because there was no air con and the room as absolutely stuffy. It was an absolute disaster. A joke of a hotel.

Apparently the hotel is considered affordable, the location is near to La Chapelle metro station. The neighborhood is a bit busy and messy though. This is what you get from what you pay for.

Location is nearby metro service and cleanliness daily clean up. On other note there's no hot water boiler, pillow was just limited to 2 and very soft. There's no daily change of towel. Hotel is much undergoing minor renovation but overall is ok.

Good services but not the best location. We had an issue with the drainage system and they solved it the same day.

Entire hotel is being renovated.
I stayed in many hotels and this one is the most "valued" in almost all of western Europe.
Clean (well it's being renovated)
Awfully small elevator
Walk to gare du Nord, and la Chapelle stations
