Disappointing for a 4-Star Hotel
The hotel is located in a lovely area of Paris, conveniently close to metro and bus connections. However, the overall experience was underwhelming.
The lobby is unimpressive, lacking elegance and giving the impression of something hastily put together rather than a well-designed entrance to a 4-star establishment.
The room was of decent size, but it lacked many amenities one would expect from a hotel of this category. There were no slippers, no complimentary water, no minibar, no smart TV, and the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. These small details make a big difference when choosing a supposedly premium stay.
Considering the price—not extremely high but certainly not cheap—I expected much more. Realistically, this hotel feels more like a 2-star or a low-to-mid-tier 3-star rather than a true 4-star experience. I wouldn't recommend it for

It’s a very basic hotel given the price.
Location wise, there’s a station nearby but that’s not the main station.
So you’ll have to walk 10-15min for auber or saint lazare

The hotel was really quiet and lovely and extremely spacious for Paris standards. I felt the price was extremely competitive considering the location and the proximity to the metro and all amenities. It is only a 12 min walk to Lafayette and is close to the SNCF train station Saint Lazare

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Opera Liège! The location, just 40 meters from Liège station, was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, modern, and featured comfortable beds. The showers were excellent, and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, providing valuable guidance for exploring the city. I highly recommend Hotel Opera Liège for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is a very good hotel with a good location. The front desk staff have been very good for several shifts. The Chinese restaurants around are very delicious, and I feel they are better than those in China. The breakfast is also OK. The city tax is just about 10 Euros.
