Am from Singapore. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, walkable to photo spot for Eiffel tower, metro station right across the street, accessible to supermarkets nearby and food options around (incl Macs) with some open till late. Importantly the service at hotel was awesome, reception staff were very friendly and polite and made sure we got all we need. Cosy room but very clean and neat, kettle avail. Coffee and hot drinks were made available 24h too at level 1. Hope they keep it up!

Stayed for 4 nights on a family trip. Everything was great about this hotel. Great location! Awesome breakfast! The only slight turn off is the occasional rumblings of trains.

I was very disappointed by this hotel (located 15 minutes walk from my work). I had asked for a quiet room, I was assigned for 2 nights a room nestled between 2 others (312), without any soundproofing, so I was able to enjoy the noises of the 2 adjacent rooms: flushing toilet, shower, sneezing and so on...
In addition, I booked a comfort room, with a nice bathroom, but without heating. However, at the beginning of January, it was very cold in the bathroom.
I stay every week at the hotel in the area and there are much better hotels for the same price (including 3 stars). Personally, I will not return.
The cherry on the cake: the receptionist, when I left, asked me for the tourist tax for the 2nd night. Luckily, I had kept my credit card receipt which showed that I had already paid for it.
