Hotel review: Very poor accommodation experience Hygiene level: Dirty The hygiene conditions of the hotel are unacceptable. First of all, the room I stayed in was on the ground floor, and ants kept crawling into the room, making it difficult to rest peacefully. The environment in the hotel lobby is even worse, with flies flying everywhere, making people doubt the cleanliness of the place. What's even more outrageous is that there were dried coffee stains on the floor of the elevator lobby, which had obviously been there for a long time, but no cleaning staff had ever come to deal with them. This fully reflects the hotel's disregard for environmental hygiene. Service attitude: irritating The service at this hotel is one of the worst I've ever experienced. On the first night, I found that there was no hot water in the room. After reporting it to the reception staff, they helped to change the room, but the new room was not clean at all, and there were traces of the previous guest in it (see the following photos), which made people feel extremely uncomfortable. So I asked to change rooms again, but this time the room I was given was a single room with only a single bed, while I originally booked a double bed room. When I went to the front desk to negotiate again, the receptionist told me that this room was only for us to use temporarily for taking a shower, and a double bed room would be arranged the next day. However, the next afternoon, when I confirmed the room adjustment with the day shift receptionist, she said that the night shift colleague had not provided any information at all and that it would take until the evening to resolve the issue. This inconsistent communication method fully reflects the chaos in hotel management. In addition, the night shift receptionist often hung up the phone, shirked responsibility, and had an extremely bad service attitude. The day shift receptionist was talking on the phone with a friend while serving customers and had an impatient expression on his face, showing no professionalism at all. Facilities: Dilapidated and frequently out of order In addition to hygiene and service issues, the hotel's facilities are also unsatisfactory. Not only was there no hot water in the room on the first night, the bedside lamp in the room was broken, and even the light switch at the bedside did not work. These basic equipment maintenance were not done, which really makes people question whether this hotel conducts regular inspections and maintenance. Conclusion: Not recommended Overall, this hotel does not meet the required standards in terms of hygiene, service or facilities. The rooms were dirty, the front desk service was bad, the facilities were old and had many faults, making the stay experience a nightmare. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, then it is highly recommended to avoid this one, otherwise it will only ruin your trip.
