A small hotel with a delightful staff, always ready to help. A generous breakfast with eggs, breads, juice, yogurt, meats and cheese. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. Special thanks to Phillip, Sidi, Lola, and manager Cesle. The 01 rooms are larger with walk in showers. Great neighborhood with many dining options. Two metro stations are close: St. Paul and Bastille.

The property has a nice location. Our room was confortable. The bathroom could use some renovation though. Fine anyway. The reception was tiny. The “breakfast area “ was there, so tiny… If I would have known, we would have had our breakfast in a cafe nearby. The service was fine. There was a lovely girl at the reception when we arrived but she was not able to show me in the map our location or the location of sights in the city. She was very sweet though. In my opinion a few things could be improved.

We stayed at the Hotel de Neuve for six days in November. My wife was there for meetings in Paris and I went along to experience the city. The hotel was central to everything. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean and the street was reasonably quiet. It's across the street from an elementary school. Michael Robb

Excellent hotel in superb area of Paris. We had views of Eiffel Tower and Notredame as in beautiful room on 7th floor (top), with little balcony. Very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and breakfast just what we needed in the morning - fresh juice/jams/ham/boiled eggs/croissants/fruit etc. Great location; thoroughly recommend. And accepts dogs! Thank you

A small boutique hotel in the middle of Saint Paul. We booked a standard room and it was one of the prettiest hotel rooms I have ever been in! The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were friendly, particularly the young girl on the front desk who gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat. The only down side… the hotel was under construction and quite noisy at times. They would start sanding and drilling at 7am… also there is a small construction site at the end of the street that we found workers were making noise on until about midnight. If it wasn’t for being woken up from all this I would give 5 stars. Don’t bother with the breakfast though, is is served at the check in reception room and there are lots of cafes around for breakfast instead.

Very central and near the metro that would take us anywhere in Paris. Small but comfortble. Staff was absolutely 5 stars. Small breakfast but enough to put in the mood for the whole day. Room was also small but very clean. Comfortable and big size bed.

The staff here were pleasant which helped make the stay more bearable, but there were many problems. The elevator not working correctly meant hauling large suitcases up and down the narrow staircase. The room was too hot and the air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep our window open. The Wi-Fi was super slow. At least it is near a metro station and close to attractions so we didn't have to spend too much time inside.

A few challenges (renovation mostly) completely offset by an extremely friendly and helpful staff and a wondeful location in Marais. Located roughly evenly between two metro stops, it’s surrounded by shops, cafes, boulangeries, and more. It’s a perfect location from which to explore larger paris!
