I had a terrible racist incident at the reception on the day of checkout. One of the receptionists told me I shouldn’t have just walked into the hotel without stopping by the reception first. As he did so, he rubbed against his forearm as a way to talk about my skin color. I’m not sure why I should have said anything to the receptionist when I was already checked in as a guest with a key to the room.

It's great. The front desk is very nice. It's convenient to go to restaurants nearby. The hotel's supporting facilities are also impressive. It feels very good and warm.

Really not recommended! ! ! It is said to be four stars but it is not clean at all and the towels are not clean! ! The chairs are not clean either! They are not even clean! The elevator was also broken. Help, he didn’t even tell me when I made the reservation. We came to Paris temporarily and many hotels were no longer available. But I really don’t recommend this.

Very nice structure, slightly small room but with all the comforts, I recommend adding a mini bar. Excellent breakfast, fresh products and excellent service. They also give you the option to leave your bags and pick them up later even after checking out and at no extra cost 👍🏻
