Booked a balcony room but got a standard one. Wasted hours resolving it, and one day’s breakfast as compensation was insufficient. Disappointing experience.

The location from the hotel is quite convenient. Bus stop is very close by and you could go to different spots very easily. McDonald just 2 minutes away and you could have something to eat even in very late night. The staffs is friendly and helpful who is willing to assist you if you have any questions. Definitely will stay in there for my next visit.

The hotel is small, crowded and dark, and the front desk is not familiar with the check-in process. The room was very small and many facilities were damaged. The refrigerator leaked and could not be used. The sound insulation was very poor. There were ants and crawlers in the bathroom. I had to sleep one night before going to the airport for the convenience of transportation.
