The services was unhuman! we booked the hotel for three nights but because our passports delayed from the embassy we missed flights and had to rebook. we arrived the hotel on 1st may and they told us we never showed on day one so our booking is no show.
The guy went ahead and told us to go away other wise he will the police.
Imagine our first time in Paris we only speak English it was my worst experience.
They didn’t care at all they didnot try atlist to get us another hotel yet our booking was still on but they they said no room for us …..
I wish I could right all what happened to us
We nearly failed to get a room all hotels around were full🥹

Nice hotel, strategically located near grocery and restaurants. But very small bathroom and the water either too hot or too cold, nothing in the middle, took a long time more than 5 minutrs to only adjust the water

The Saphir Hotel is in a great location, easy to reach the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum, and many other tourist attractions in Paris, including Place de la Défense (Nanterre). It offers 24-hour service and the rooms are wonderful.
