The most memorable thing about this hotel is the excellent staff! Everyone I encountered was helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and basic, with what seems like very recent room renovation. I booked last minute and my room was $150.00 per night for one person which I feel is on the high end for this level of hotel and location but it was my fault for not booking earlier. Nice bathroom lighting, a fairly large shower for Paris, flat screen tv, fairly large window which is great. The breakfast buffet was nice, although the baguettes could be fresher. I met a very kind staff member who was from Venezuela who assisted several other guests in Spanish when they could not speak French or much English. He really went above and beyond in helping guests. Note the location is not central to tourist areas, but it is still in the Paris city perimeter. Tourist areas very accessible by metro. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so sweet with my family. They were professional and well aware of the area. The breakfast was very good. The room is quite spacious and very quiet. It’s full renovated, windows included. Thank you so much. You went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large with roll in shower which was ok. Water pressure wasn't strong but we managed with it. Floor is slippery when wet maybe put a towel down. Would've been nice to have a kettle etc in the room. Breakfast was plentiful. We only had it once ,there was pastries, cereal, eggs, bacon, cheeses and ham. They don't have the usual teabags it's loose tealeaves.... I'd recommend this hotel if anyone is in this area.

Something very bad happened to us during our stay, but if it hadn’t we could never have had the chance to meet such nice people who work in the hotel. Charles, the director, took himself all the responsabilities and gave us a real, factual hand to solve all the situations in a very quick and I would say “human” way. He’s a very smart person who loves his job and puts 100% of himself into it to cure all details. Same for the other hotel workers, who were able to turn our days into comfort, after the difficulties of the first moments (we’ve been robbed of our money and electronic devices). Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. The area is quite safe.

My reservation was confirmed, the hotel confirmed the payment. But after a week I received the annulation of this booking. They did not return my money. Extremely bad communication with the hotel. This is not a reliable company anymore. Extremely bad situation prior 1 week to trip in Paris which is usually overbooked.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Although the hotel is located quite far from the city centre it has got plenty transportation options to get there, the closest and fastest is underground but also you can get buses and trams. If you are hungry there are many restaurants and bars around but the breakfast is served at the hotel with a selection of bread, cheese, hams and milk or joghurts, etc. Room was tiny but enough for a couple, it was clean and there were towels, soap and shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as the hairdryer. Staff very nice and welcoming. We do recommend this hotel, for this price is worth of trying. Remember to pay City tax on the arrival, we paid 15euro for 4 nights for 2 people.

A very pleasant stay, with attentive staff. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms match the photos and description. The bedding is of good quality! I found a safe and pleasant address for my visits to Paris.
