The hotel was clean and in a nice location since it was close to restaurants, bakeries, and a metro hub called Place d’Italie. Even though it was a bit far from the main sights, taking the metro made it a lot easier for us. I liked that we had a window on the top floor, and amenities such as coffee packets and cookies. However, we used up the coffee packets quite quickly because they didn’t refill enough for us each day. Could also hear some noise coming from the other guests but it was minimal. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would come again.

The front desk service was very thoughtful and enthusiastic. The bedding was changed every day for five consecutive days. The heating was sufficient. The location is excellent. Metro Line 5 and Line 6 are just outside the door, and the bus station is not far away.

Room located right next to the breakfast room, which doesn't sell the dream (+ ground floor street side a little noisy), but otherwise nothing to complain about. Clean room, perfect breakfast. Not very far from the center of Paris, doable on foot.

Simple hotel with a friendly welcome and decent rooms (mine in the cheapest category was on the ground floor with a frosted glass window facing the narrow courtyard) that are moderately clean. I had carried some dirt from the road construction site into the needle felt carpet upon arrival, but room service does not use a vacuum cleaner for interim cleaning. Breakfast room looked very tidy but I didn't have breakfast. For a fee (German bank card didn't work) you can get coffee, soft drinks and wine.
