Good services provided. Reception very friendly. Nice view from balcony, sleep comfortably, the light are quite dark but I guess most paris hotel are dark vibes to ensure guest have a good rest.
Bathroom are fully equipped. Slipper are given. Cloth heater inside the bathroom was really helpful. Hanger are more than enough for us to hang our clothes and jacket. Water temperature are perfect. Great stay! Merci

The hotel was indeed walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, and the Louvre if you want to get your steps in. There's places to eat all around, but if you're not an early riser, the hotel's breakfast buffet is worth the extra charge. The rooms were on the small side, but clean and cute. The staff was very accommodating during our visit, as we needed a room change the day we checked in. They actually upgraded us and that was very nice! All in all, it was a very pleasant hotel stay! (For the picture: we did not have a balcony/terrace, but the windows opened to Rue Carnot)

地理位置好 安全 走路可以到地鐵 凱旋門
旁邊有便利超市 可以買小零食
陽台可以看到凱旋門 注意扶好扶手 稍微伸出去一點就好
住宿期間遇到電梯故障 辛苦兩位女性工作人員協助我們把行李從五樓搬到一樓了
下次到訪巴黎還會入住這裏

就在凱旋門邊上，周邊很多餐館，前台有中文服務人員，還給升了房帶陽台，早餐也不錯，挺好，性價比很高了。

The location is sooooo good and 3min on foots to Arch de Triumphe.
The hotel is so thoughtful and friendly.. they courtesy room with unlimit filling of sparking water/ still water. Iron services and free laundry service openly to guest.
One of the chinese staff, Ms Chen Jingru is so freindly and helpful and solving all our problems since she can speak Mandarin to all guests. Thumbs up for her service.
overall we are very very pleased with this hotel and shall come back again in near future.

Perfect location; close to Arc de triomphe. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Small boutique hotel with friendly snd courteous staff at the front desk and housekeeping. Snacks bar with water and Juice surely welcomes us back after a tiring day.

This hotel is situated right at the Champs Elysees. The surrounding area has many restaurants and bars to explore and enjoy. Breakfast was great and the rooms were lovely.

Very, very good service here!
They treat me well and nice especially the reception.
The housekeeper is also nice and helpful.
The room is clean and the breakfast is good, especially the hot dishes.
This hotel provides comfortable room service that supports me to finish the piano competition, and I won the second prize.
I maybe too tired and leave the prize in hotel! They are very nice and kind that helps me to keep it and
I Must be back again in next year. See you my 1st wonderful hotel!
