Not only did I waste precious time, but I also had to shell out money I hadn't planned for a stay I had already booked.
To top it all off, after this entire disaster, they had the audacity to only refund me for the room I booked, without taking into account the additional costs I had incurred at the first hotel. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown to their customers. This weekend, which was supposed to be an opportunity to meet up with friends, turned into a logistical nightmare.
I am requesting compensation for the unnecessary stress, the delay in my day, as well as the hotel expenses I had to pay out of pocket. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris. Avoid it at all costs if you don't want to have the same disastrous experience as me!
