У отеля отличная локация в 13 округе Парижа - в нескольких минутах ходьбы от двух станций метро - Площадь Италии и Корвизар, при этом он достаточно удален от крупных транспортных магистралей, поэтому постороннего шума нет. От станции Корвизар вы по 6 ветке метро можете доехать прямо до Эйфелевой башни. Площадь Италии связывает несколько линий метро, поэтому отсюда можно добраться в любой район Парижа.
Кроме того, отель находится практически в центре квартала Бют-о-Кай - он будет интересен тем, кто любит уличное искусство. Не поленитесь в свободное время прогуляться по улочкам квартала - увидите много интересного. Так же в пешей доступности расположен парк Монсури, где можно провести время прогуливаясь по тропинка среди зелени либо посидеть у пруда.
В отеле круглосуточная стойка регистрации, что очень удобно, если вы приезжаете рано утром или поздно вечером. Заселение с 14 часов, выселение до 11 часов.
Приветливый персонал на ресепшен.
В моем номере была двуспальная кровать, шкаф, стол, стул, банкетка; санузел с окном - стекло матовое, так что вы достаточно изолированы при необходимости, но умываться у открытого окна в Париже в хорошую погоду - отдельное удовольствие. В санузле душевая кабина, мыло, гель для душа в мини-формате.
Также в номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, бумажные стаканчики. И большой плюс - небольшой холодильник. Я бронировала размещение без завтрака, поскольку знаю магазины в этом районе, и все необходимое хранила в холодильнике. При этом у меня всегда была возможность приготовить себе чай или кофе.
Есть сейф - если для кого-то это принципиальный вопрос.
Зеркало над раковиной в санузле и зеркало в полный рост на дверце шкафа.
Убирали в номере хорошо.
Из моего окна на 6-м этаже была видна башня Монпарнас. А если бы ее не было - открывался бы отличный вид на Эйфелеву башню. Но из-за Монпарнаса мне был виден только прожектор на Эйфелевой башне. Но это нисколько не испортило моего впечатления от пребывания в отеле.
В отеле есть лифт, но при желании можно подняться и спуститься по винтовой лестнице.
Общее впечатление от отеля положительное. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь еще раз.

Room was very small, difficult to open 2 large suitcases together. Hotel is close to Orly airport. It's a little far from the city Centre but can be reached there in public transport. The street is pretty lively. Hotel doesn't have too many veg options.

This is an excellent hotel, especially if you want to be in the 13th arrondissement near the Gobelins, Musee des Plantes, the lovely community fresh water swimming pool and Place Italie. The 13th arrondissement is the hip place to stay, very young vibe on the Left Bank. My husband and I stayed in a single room on the fourth floor that had a great mattress. My husband is 71 yrs, with a quirky back, 6ft 5, 275 lbs and always had a great night sleep. Plus he was thrilled with the elevator and the superb breakfast. The staff was lovely and all the conveniences (toiletries, hair dryer, etc) were included. I am returning to France in May to pick up medications (much cheaper that in the US) and to visit the Canal du Midi and the Riviera. We'll be in Paris for a couple days, and Hotel St. Charles is our "to stay" place.

Stayed in hotel in Jan 24, with my 8 female family members. It's is very clean, well decorated and in the lovely area of Butte Aux Calles.. The price was very good. Rooms a bit small but well laid out and probably bigger than most rooms in Paris. It's about 25/30 mins to Eifel tower but Metro is just 5 mins walk. There are lovely little bakeries, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

This hotel is very homely staffed with nice people. Must paris icons only 12$ by taxi away. Typical French restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are a bit small but are clean with adequate bathrooms. Did enjoy stay and would be happy to return.

If evilness and rudeness was a hotel this is it. Worst experience in my life. First of all we booked three rooms but at arrival the hotel staff says we have four rooms, took at least 20 minutes to solve this and instead of giving us one bigger or connecting rooms as it was described in the booking we get four small rooms. Secondly by unknown reason one of our cards for payment didn’t work so we decided to pay half in cash and half by another card. When I offered during daytime to pay with the card the staff says we can do it later. Upon coming back after the day our rooms are blocked and the new staff says it’s blocked because we didn’t pay (?!I even offered to pay during day time), of course I paid immediately but as this whole situation is unacceptable we wanted to talk to the manger who next day lies to me and tells me that rooms get blocked by itself from time to time. In the room one lamp wasn’t working. Third thing is the breakfast buffet, not much to offer and a very rude person working here and checking how much one and each is eating. Feel extremely uncomfortable, to that point that I didn’t even want to ask for more coffee. He even asked my once why I’m taking too many croissant. Later when I asked manager why he asked me he says because people take food along with them. Of course we all know that, but to openly suspect your guest is the worst or worst. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone, and as the cliche at it may sound not even to my worst enemy!

Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Our room was on the 1st floor and still offered a great view from the window, so I can only imagine what it looks like from higher! The area is lively and beautiful but still quiet enough at night. The bathroom was very big and nicely renovated, but could have used a deep clean. The mini fridge is a nice addition but it only works when the cabinet door is open, and cleaning staff always close it (despite leaving a note asking not to) so our food ended up warm at times. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, unfortunately. Overall though, my husband and I had a great stay and felt comfortable, safe and welcome.

Lovely simple hotel but in great neighbourhood! The hotel room was very small as was our bathroom but it was clean and bed super comfortable! Friendly staff. Loads great restaurants and bars nearby. A fair distance from most attractions but well worth it as quite peaceful at night.
