Welcoming and friendly team but the magnetic door key system was out of order throughout the hotel, forcing, this Sunday, February 25, the unfortunate single employee at the reception to accompany the customer to their room each time the customer entered or returned. Is it normal that there is no one, even on a Sunday, to resolve this type of difficulty?

We are used to staying at hotels in the Ibis Styles range and are usually satisfied with them but here, apart from the generally friendly staff, there is nothing to keep! Cramped room (you can barely walk around the bed) and not very pleasant, poorly insulated both for noise and for the light from the corridor which passes through the bedroom door, poor bedding, questionable hygiene (hair trailing in the bathroom bathroom, dirty and worn shower hose, sink half clogged, lighting above the sink not working, insufficient towels, no tissues, etc.), very disappointing breakfast (no hot dish, no eggs, ... not to mention the dining room located in an unpleasant basement), and the hotel is not accessible (no ramp to pass the entrance steps, elevator too narrow for an armchair) . No parking nearby either. Scandalous that Accor includes this hotel in this range.
