Located in the tourist center, I stayed here for 2 nights as a base for sightseeing on foot and had a comfortable stay. The staff were always smiling and helpful, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there and was very satisfied.
However, the air conditioning in the room hardly worked, so I would like that to be improved.
Considering the location, price, and service, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. For your reference.

The hotel is in a good location, but it is a bit expensive and there is no free parking. Suitable for traveling and living. The rooms are very small, only 60 rooms in total. Very convenient to the commercial street.

Warm wellcome and hospitality... but located directly on the metro line. The noise and the vibrations are deeply disturbing. The metro service lasts from 5.30 am to 1 am (next day). Even if the management tries to find a solution, the best is to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from a station with access to multiple metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. While the room is compact, it is well-suited for two adults and a small child. The cleanliness and modern decor stand out, especially when compared to other older hotels in central Paris. A notable highlight is the complimentary coffee machine, which serves delicious coffee—a perfect start to the day. The staff is incredibly attentive and professional, with Louisa providing exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. One consideration for travelers visiting during warm weather: Although the room is equipped with air conditioning, we were informed that it is only available from May to September. Staying on the first floor with windows facing a busy main street, we were hesitant to open them, making the room slightly warm. Those sensitive to heat should take this into account when booking. Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and service. Highly recommended for your Parisian adventure!

Great place. Located at prime locations. Warm hospitality & friendly team welcomes you and gives a good feeling. Must stay. All staffs are very welcoming. Guides you best possible options after listening to you. Breakfast is steady and good in taste. good cleanliness. Overall a great pace.
