Extremely noisy! The windows have barely any soundproofing and even with ear plugs you're unable to sleep with all the noise from the street. I do NOT recommend this place

Excellent accommodation, small but modern and tastefully furnished room. Fully automatic check-in, fast and well described by the owner who was always available. Convenient location of the property in an area with numerous bars and clubs. Metro 10 minutes away on foot but at the end of a rather steep climb, bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. Our room was on the fifth floor so be careful what you bring because the elevator is really small.

I wouldn't call the Bellevue a hotel, it doesn't have a reception, everything is done via WhatsApp messages. There is a night porter. The plus is the kitchenette in the rooms, mostly for having breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very small but sufficient for a short stay. The bathroom is small but has everything you need. Furnished with taste, the solution of the electric shutters is good. A negative note is the fact of not ironing the sheets, from a sense of scruffy and not clean, SIN! I would suggest vacuuming the stair carpet more often, again it gives a sense of dirt. Since the room is cleaned only after departure at a cost of €30, I suggest making a broom and a dustpan available. The self-check-in solution via WhatsApp and various codes is good. There is a left-luggage office for those arriving before 3.00 pm, check-in time, which absolutely cannot be anticipated. The property has a small lift that is very useful for reaching the higher floors.

Chambre propre mais literie inconfortable. Il y a un bruit d’eau qui coule toute la nuit et c’est insupportable, je n’ai pas pu dormir correctement une seule fois sur les 4 nuits passées dans ce logement (j’étais venue pour le travail et avais donc besoin de repos le soir). Quand j’ai fais remonter l’information au réceptionniste il a été très impoli et agressif. Il y a également une très forte odeur de tabac sur le pallier qui rentre dans la chambre qui donne directement sur le lit, ce n’est vraiment pas approprié pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande pas et ne reviendrais pas.
