Very basic hotel but no major issues. Location is good, nice quiet street not too far from various restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Hotel was clean enough, double bed with a private bathroom. Heating was on which was very much needed in mid December. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Wasn't keen on having to leave our hotel key with reception when we went out, but as I didn't bring anything of value I just let this go without complaining. For what we needed, it was fine but next time I'll look for a more upgraded hotel in a similar location.

Dirty and uncleaned rooms for that kind of price. Despite the weather on Paris , rooms were very cold with no air conditioner. The host was rude and nobody can speak English so we could only understand them with their hand gestures.

In a beautiful area, entertainment and restaurants close to this quiet street. . Friendly welcome. Functional, modern, small room. Curtains not very blackout. I did not try the breakfast. What more could you ask for in Montparnasse?

Having paid 75€ per night, I expected not to have such a bright room when I woke up, so the curtains in the room are very useless. Unfortunately we woke up at 7am, after partying and drinking alcohol all night I would have liked to sleep a little more. Apart from that, the lady at the reception is very friendly, my friend can testify since he rushed to flirt with her. The room is pretty good, but extremely noisy. And the bathroom is extremely freezing

Emplacement impeccable et personnel très sympathique et disponible à tout heure. Proche de Saint Sulpice et Notre Dame des Champs. Les chambres sont correctes mais la salle de bain est étroite. L’ensemble des équipements est propre et le prix est tout à fait correct pour l’emplacement
