這家旅館的地點在巴黎第14區，治安還算良好，周邊設施也還算不錯，巴士62號58號都可以到，地鐵則是比較遠一點點，附近沒有太多的商家，餐廳倒是有三到四家，樓下晚上都會有點吵，住在2樓不太容易入睡，但是如果對於12點以後、一點以後才睡覺的朋友們來說，應該是沒有影響的。櫃檯的人員不太說英文，這點在法國好像很普遍，要來要心理準備喔。

Une taxe de séjour demandée par l’établissement hôtelier qui est différente de celle indiquée sur la facture de Trip.com.
De plus, lorsque je le signale gentiment au Monsieur de l’accueil, il me déclare que je dois payer en espèces et que si je ne suis pas content la porte est ouverte.

I found this hotel in an emergency and would have preferred not to come across it... Clean and sober in appearance, I discovered an overheated and untidy room although the cleaning had been done: net curtains, shower curtain, stained bed base, a bathroom that needed refreshing... Poorly soundproofed, I hardly slept (blows, voices, TV, food smells...) To top it all off, a small, very "nice" cockroach farm that made me book another hotel immediately. Small positive point: when I was leaving, I shared my disappointment with the receptionist who still tried to find me another room. Thanks but NO THANKS! I would have appreciated a gesture with a refund for the second night that I spent elsewhere.

A night of itching and bodies pockmarked with bites upon waking reveal a severe bedbug infestation! Judging by the reviews posted at least in 2022, this major sanitation problem seems to be recurring, without likely worrying the managers who have therefore taken no action since then to remedy it. Hardly surprised when it was reported, they showed neither embarrassment nor shame, offered no apologies and simply said that they would "report" the problem. SCANDALOUS. Unheard of in France and in Paris! Not to mention the non-existence of Wi-Fi on the floors, contrary to the assurances of the managers who do not bother to check for themselves despite our repeated requests. This hotel does not deserve any stars, it must absolutely be in the sights of the hygiene services. RUN AWAY!!!!

J’avoue que les avis lus m’inquiétaient beaucoup quand mon entreprise a réservé par défaut cet hôtel. En fait séjour très agréable. J’ai partagé avec ma fille une chambre rénovée au calme. Le personnel et la direction à l’accueil sont à l’écoute et avenants pour peu qu’on s’intéresse à eux et qu’on les considère. Ce n’est sans doute pas toujours le cas. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très copieux et frais. L’emplacement est idéal. Bref avis positif

Estuve ahí con mi pareja y siento decir que no fue muy buena experiencia. Hacia mucho calor y no disponían de ventilación ni nada por el estilo así que era imposible dormir , había pequeños insectos , y algo que no entendí que cuando salíamos del hotel debíamos dejar las llaves de nuestra habitación en recepción a lo que pregunté el motivo y no supo decirme solo que si no me gustaba que me fuera . Por la mañana el personal de limpieza hacía demasiado ruido que te tenías de despertar y aveces el agua no salía caliente en fin no creo que volveremos a este alojamiento

1 étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre 0 ... Personne à l'accueil odieuse, irrespectueuse et malhonnête. Il a annulé notre réservation booking sur le moment, sans aucune raison et en nous menaçant. Nous nous sommes retrouvées à la rue sans explications, mais finalement, en voyant les avis sur l'insalubrité du lieu, ce n'était pas plus mal... A FUIR !!!!!

La persona que estaba en recepción nos anuló la habitación que habíamos reservado nada más entrar. Nos quedamos sin hotel porque no le caímos bien a ese hombre. Ademas todo con malas maneras. No vayas a ese hotel. Ese hombre que parece ser el responsable del hotel es un impresentable.
