I meant to leave a good review, even though not everything was perfect. Our check-in was later than expected because our room wasn't ready. My booking confirmation email stated that check-in was at 14:00, but at reception, they said 15:00. This wasn’t ideal, as we had planned our whole day based on the email I received, which spoiled our first impression. The receptionist (I believe his name was Marcel) was polite and tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When we checked out and paid the city tax, we received the invoice. I only read it on the train back home and was shocked to see that we had been marked as citizens of the russian federation in their system, despite being from Ukraine and having no connection to that country at all. I understand that, for some people, Eastern Europe might seem all the same, but given the current situation and the ongoing war, we found this deeply offensive and disrespectful.
That being said, I must admit that the breakfast was really good, our room was quiet, and overall, the experience was positive. However, such carelessness is unacceptable.

Recommended by a colleague, it has complete facilities and very good service. It is a hotel in Paris with good value for money and good location. It is also close to the client's office, which is very convenient in the past.

The hotel is located in the Marais district, just near the subway station. The location is very convenient and safe. The room design is simple and fashionable, and the space is quite large. The only drawback is the bathing facilities. The shower water is hot and cold, making it easy to catch a cold.

I must strongly praise this hotel! Stayed here for 4 nights. At first I looked at this hotel with a good value for money, but I know that the hotel location is not very close to the center, but after checking in, I found Line 8 within 3 minutes. In fact, the subway is very convenient! The hotel is also decorated in a classic French style with a very good environment. The lobby on the first floor is beautiful. Although the room is small, it is well-equipped and very clean. Actually, two people stayed away. Even though we stayed for 4 nights, people would come to clean the room every day. Some of the small details can be seen more clearly. Staff cleaned very carefully! The front desk staff will greet you enthusiastically every day. During the strike, they will tell us how to arrange a trip. You must answer our questions! Such a good environment and service, and the price is not high, sincerely hope that this hotel can be seen by more people! !!

This store feels like it is very suitable for family outings. It is located in the third district. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it and there is a place where you can have breakfast. There are also many Chinese restaurants nearby. However, I think it is a flaw that disposable slippers are not provided and the deposit is high (the deposit for three nights is 1,500 euros... not many five-star hotels charge such a high price)

I like this hotel very much. I only stay in this one in Paris. It has been renovated and is very comfortable. European hotels are small, but they have a great feeling. There is a park when you open the window.

Perfectly located, room is small but good and clean. The wardrobe is not great: not enough hangers and very little space. No toothbrush is given, just FYI. Heating wasn’t working on the day we arrived so the room was freezing, got fixed after but took a long time.
Front desk service was so so, nothing too bad but not great. No bottled water was given after the first day, for the price you pay I think you should receive a fresh bottle every day. All in all ok but could be better.

GGuest UserVery very satisfied with the hotel in Paris Marais booked on Trip.com , after comparison, the price is cheaper than an overseas hotel, and very very satisfied, brand new boutique hotel, new facilities, old furniture in the rooms is very rustic, bedding is also a star standard, except for a bit high, The bathroom is even more beautiful and comfortable, the shower faucet is under pressure, the water is extremely comfortable, the hotel's service is professional and enthusiastic, the luggage is convenient, very recommended! The hotel is located on a small road, quiet in the middle of noisy, all kinds of Chinese restaurants, French food, snack shops! I love it!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient and safe. So many bars and restaurants there. Some nice restaurants just beside the hotel. You can find a very good taste puff(bread) Hong Kong style shop or noodle shop there. Highly recommend to stay this hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is in the city center, the transportation is convenient, the bus and subway share bicycles are available, there is a local supermarket downstairs, buying bread and milk is really cheap, the front desk uncle and the young lady are also very enthusiastic, recommended

GGuest UserA small boutique hotel in the center of Marais, the hotel is decorated in a retro style, small and warm. The service staff are particularly enthusiastic. There are many small restaurants and shops when you go out. Very convenient. However, the room and bathroom are really small and not suitable for a family of three.

GGuest UserPrice is good for the location. Good choice if need a clean place to sleep and spend rest of the time out of the room. There is a basement with a washing machine. Must contact hotel before arrival to get PIN code to access door to building and PIN code to open room door. Room only has 1 fan and no AC. No place to sit besides bed or a single stool. Not quiet at night because room is above dining places.
