Great hotel in a good location! About 10 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Lots of food around the hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful with pointing with the directions to touristy places. Only downside was, the lift was under maintenance when we were there, however staffs helped with the carrying of our luggages. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Paris!
If I could give an 11/10 star rating, I would.
Went for our honeymoon & they took extremely good care of us. Gave us a room upgrade & prepped for us some gifts. We were extremely touched by their gesture. All the hotel staff was friendly & nice.
Location is fantastic. The CDG Roissy airport bus is nearby towards Opera station. This hotel is surrounded by so many train options, making it super convenient to travel around.
Luxury stores were a mere 5 min walk away. Gallaries Lafayette Haussmann was a 3 min walk, and public buses to Louvre museums/ Eiffel Tower made it super accessible.
They even helped us to look after our bags on the last day before we left for the train station.
Hotel room is amazing, with oven, cooking hob & hood, and a very sizable refrigerator.
Area is relatively safe, even at night, hotel has good security card systems. Will definitely book this apartment again if we’re back to Paris
Excellent Business Stay at Sofitel Opera – Impeccable Service and Top-Notch Facilities
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Opera during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the hotel’s service and facilities. From the moment I arrived, the team made sure everything was seamless, which is exactly what I needed for a stress-free business trip.
Facilities:
The hotel itself offers everything a business traveler could need. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and ample power outlets—perfect for getting work done in between meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well and recharge for the next day.

Excellent location, the room was clean every night and the facilities were in accordance with instructions. The elevator is very small and was under maintenance throughout the stay, so we had to move ourselves and our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs.
Good location and close to the metro station “cadet”
Multi-storey car park opposite the hotel. 73 EUR for two days.
Staff were very helpful and kind.
Room was clean, a little small for two people but manageable. You can hear the metro and as we were at the front on the first floor it was a little noisy. I would stay again and recommend to friends.
Very small room, but personell is very nice and polite. They were very helpful. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The only disadvantage - it was cold. But seems like it’s a general issue in winter
Pros: The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and I had a pleasant stay. I stayed in room 304, which offered a lovely street view, though the room itself was a bit on the smaller side. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Some of the room’s amenities felt outdated and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Additionally, there were several steps between the elevator and the ground floor, and the elevator itself was quite small, making it a bit inconvenient for travelers with large luggage. Lastly, a cleaner attempted to enter the room in the morning while I was still inside, which was a bit unsettling.
The location is very good, safe, and close to Galeries Lafayette, Printemps Department Store and the Opera House.
The hotel is not big, but it is very well decorated. The boss is a beautiful Chinese who has lived in France for more than 20 years, and her husband is French. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help guests.
The single room I booked is not big, but the facilities are complete, and the toilet and bathroom are not small.
Listen to the boss's introduction. Many houses in this area have a history of more than 100 years.
Very comfortable environment, hotel service is also very good, there is a drug store downstairs, and there is a Carrefour in 2 minutes' walk. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Paris Opera House, Galeries Lafayette, and Paris Printemps, which is very convenient. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, the room service can provide some meals. In addition, there are many restaurants downstairs.
First of all, the location is very good, opposite the opera house, and near the Galeries Lafayette. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient and delicious, but I don't know where to eat, so the restaurant downstairs is the most convenient. The interior of the hotel is relatively classically decorated, and the bathroom should have a certain time limit. You have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower, and the toilet is not smart. The gym is small and beautiful, and there are functional drinks. Overall, the hotel service is still very good. It is suitable for tourism and business in Paris.

GGuest UserIt’s a new Boutique Hotel with very stylish deco, Clean !! The staffs are very polite and helpful !!! I can say you feel safe when you staying in this hotel.
Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station.
It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !!
If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘
I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!!
I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!
XXixibukuzaoService: Super nice, very warm and friendly
Hygienic: very clean, well-equipped, the room is a bit small
Facilities: The family room booked is very convenient and quiet
Breakfast is not good...
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and the location is very ideal. It is only a 5-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, so you can basically go shopping and come back late at night. The coffee for breakfast is especially delicious, cappuccino.
AArsalan Ahmed ChohanOverall, stay was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Good staff and clean room. But I have one suggestion that Hotel management should think of flexible check-in timing if the guests arrive early. Usual check in time is 3 p.m. We waited for a few hours to get room keys.
TTanlandeyishujiaFirst,The waitress should lock the door before she opened my doo,but anyway she said sorry...Second,i stayed there two nights while nobody cleaned my room...I dont know how hang on the sign that sont disturb?Confusing...
Pprachyajai kulminggood,affordable,16 minutes walk to galeries lafayette
breakfast is very good.there is a delicious chinese restaurant next to the hotel.live
RRUIRUIThe rooms are relatively small, it is said to be the same in Paris, but they are very clean and the location is very good. It is close to the subway station, surrounded by Chinese restaurants, and there are many small supermarkets. Just walked to the Sacred Heart Church and it was also close to the Opera House.
TTravelfreeThe hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday.
There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food.
The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part.
The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe )
The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection.
The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !
NNicholsonPerfectly fine although lacking in some facilities other European hostels provide. Within 300m of the metro which heads into downtown Paris (pink #4 line), close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and 15 mins walk coming from Gare du Nord Eurostar. Good to have ensuite bathroom for 4 person dorms. Hostel bathroom showing its age. Breakfast available for 7 euro. A number of good nearby bakeries for breakfast too. Small limited kitchen. Lots of seating though.
Did not like the cages under the beds for storing luggage (need own lock) or the small lockers in the room (also requiring another lock with long shackle to use). Did not provide hand or bath soap.
MMarmarisThe hotel is not big but cozy. The rooms require updating but perhaps after renovation the price will be lower and much higher. The price included breakfast, we ate well. Located next to the metro, the center where all the attractions are a 30 minute walk, the area is safe and there is a supermarket nearby. Great staff, everyone was nice. There is a place to leave luggage and also an elevator.
