The location is excellent in which you can easily access to the metro and RER. Staff are friendly and could offer you immediate help for your request. The room is equipped with a small kitchen having sufficient cooking appliances and also dish washing machine. There are restaurants, desert shop and also department store nearby, very convenient.
It will be great that if there was clear instructions for set up the sofa bed but not until asked by the customer. You cannot adjust the air conditioner temperature which was set centrally.
Overall, it’s good and value for money in the central area of the Paris.
The location is excellent, opposite the Paris Opera House, Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, etc. are all within walking distance. There is also a subway station next to it, and transportation is very convenient. There are also two Chinese restaurants behind the hotel. The hygiene is OK. The breakfast is OK, and the service is very good and enthusiastic.
Because the flight was cancelled by EasyJet, I stayed in Paris for one more night. The hotel is very close to Paris North Station, the room is large and the configuration is OK. But the corridor is a bit narrow. The front desk requires a deposit, which I didn't expect, and also requires a physical card, Apple Pay is not available.
Very Good

I love the playlist and the sound system in the toilet. Please share the name of the playlist if it is on Spotify. All the hotel staffs were very accommodating and helpful. Our room has a Nespresso coffee machine which was great. We truly enjoyed our short stay. Lots of halal eateries also nearby which was perfect!
The location is very central and people serving at the hotel are very kind, nice and helpful.
My room was smaller than what I was expecting to be honest, however it was not a big problem.
Toilets and bathroom are also very clean.
I don’t know rooms for more than one person, but, if you are alone and want to stay at a central location, the hotel could be a good choice.
First of all, the location is very good, opposite the opera house, and near the Galeries Lafayette. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient and delicious, but I don't know where to eat, so the restaurant downstairs is the most convenient. The interior of the hotel is relatively classically decorated, and the bathroom should have a certain time limit. You have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower, and the toilet is not smart. The gym is small and beautiful, and there are functional drinks. Overall, the hotel service is still very good. It is suitable for tourism and business in Paris.
Very pleasant experience and the CBD landmark are mostly at the Green line. Easy to access and manoeuvre using the Underground. Staff are well prepared and very attentive to our needs.
There are few amenities. Hand soap and a hair cap.
There is body soap but no shampoo or conditioner.
It would have been nice to have slippers. There are towels but unfortunately no bathrobes.
The room was spacious enough for two people. The location is near the Opera House so it is convenient to go anywhere.
You are the best!!! Amazing hotel! The location is gorgeous! The hotel is new, stylish, beautiful! Everything is perfect in it! The silence in the room, bed linen, cosmetics, service is 10 out of 10!!!! The reception is very polite, kind, smiling guys 🫶!!!! I'm in love! I will definitely come back and recommend to friends!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
The breakfasts on the menu are PERFECT!!! And very tasty! There are gluten-free!!!! Thank you for such a gorgeous gift! An unforgettable vacation 🫶!!!
And in the lobby there is always water with lemon and mint + a delicious cake!!!!!
Plus:
Location location location.
You could pretty much walk everywhere n anywhere
Heating available in room
Minus:
Expensive for a small single room like that
Shower curtain has mould, and smell of damp cloth
Some room for improvement with air circulation, and humidity. After taking shower, the room feel very densed and humid. And the humidity is all trapped in the bed / quilt. Uncomfortable to sleep in.
The lift. It is old and classic. One would have to open the door when it arrives. You either love it or hate it.
I think I was somewhat misled by the picture on profile of the twin room and room with balcony before making booking. See photos attached for actual view for single room.
No room for negotiation for late check out even if I am willing to pay ( or I didn't get to expressed I am willing to pay. Check out time is 12, and my flight was 9.35pm. to be fair And provide the complete picture, the service desk did offer luggage storage option)
The front door is relatively narrow you could easily walk pass and miss it.
All in it is a simple but very old hotel with great location. You either love it or hate it.

Central location, within 1 mins walk to Metro -Notre-Dame-de-Lorette - which offers direct transport to Saint-Lazare Train Station.
It takes you 20 mins to Gare du Nord from hotel !!
If you love shopping, the famous Shopping mall Lafayette and Printemp, it takes you 15 mins by walk from the Hotel Bloum. Very convenient and central in Paris ‘
I was staying for 6 days, the breakfast is very simple, without eggs and omelette, coffee is very simple too . Need to improve for the whole breakfast honestly !!!
I will stay again if I come back to Paris again !!!!
XXixibukuzaoService: Super nice, very warm and friendly
Hygienic: very clean, well-equipped, the room is a bit small
Facilities: The family room booked is very convenient and quiet
Breakfast is not good...
GGuest UserVery good, very good, I will come again next time.
Facilities: Complete, very clean, the environment is very good, and the service is also very good. I can recommend friends to come next time. A different experience.
LLydee MaeWe had an amazing stay at Maxim Opera Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and the room had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. Would definitely book there again when going to Paris!!
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Grand Hotel de Normandie, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is superb, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The rooms were impressively quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. This tranquility was a significant highlight, allowing for restful nights and a relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile and excellent service.
However, one area where the hotel could improve is its facilities. While functional, they felt quite dated and could benefit from some modernization. Despite this, the overall experience remained positive due to the comfortable rooms, prime location, and the hospitality of the staff.
In conclusion, Le Grand Hotel de Normandie offers a good stay with quiet, comfortable rooms and a great location, bolstered by the friendly and attentive staff. With a bit of updating to the facilities, it could truly shine as a top-notch hotel.
Pprachyajai kulminggood,affordable,16 minutes walk to galeries lafayette
breakfast is very good.there is a delicious chinese restaurant next to the hotel.live
TTravelfreeThe hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday.
There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food.
The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part.
The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe )
The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection.
The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !
GGuest UserStayed in a quad room with our two teenagers. Superb view of Sacre Coeur from our compact room with comfy beds. clean and quiet, Just what was needed after long days sight seeing.
Metro station just outside
The receptionist's we're all very helpful and friendly. Luggage was left securely on our first and last days without any issues.
Walking distance to Montmartre and about 30 mins metro to all the main sites. Very convenient. Would recommend!
ZZHIYELocated in the 9th district of Paris, in the business district, the public order is very good. Don't worry. It is a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are Chinese and Western restaurants. The choice is very wide.
