Paris 14th arrondissement-Observatoire Hotels

hotel room is clean but with zero design. location is good as it's 15mins away from Eiffel tower. breakfast is the highlight of our stay with large variety to choose from and a lot of fresh fruits. HOWEVER, they don't allow check in anytime earlier than 3pm. The hotel doesn't come with car park as described, though it's connected to a public one. The staff are very unprofessional and they kept our luggage for so long that we need to go to lobby and pick it up ourselves. same to tooth brush that's unavailable unless you ask. staff are very defensive too, as when we asked about carpark and charges, they r all immediately defending that this is not their area.

As we arrived on an early morning flight, we pre-booked 1 night before so that we can check in upon arrival. Check-in was easy and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was superb. Very near to train station. Vibrant further up the street where all the cafes are located. Overall, nice neighborhood.

Right in front of subway station and very close to Arena Paris Sub, very nice staff and helped us call taxi, good stay during Olympics!

Absolutely lovely stay. Comfortable beds. Great hospitality and staff. Can't fault it one bit! Great location too. Chromecast in every room too which makes it easy to watch entertainment without bringing any extra gadgets. Shopping mall across the street. A lovely breakfast cafe opposite too. Many different other shops around. Very lovely area. Would most definitely visit again!

Very tiny room, bu the location is good and not far from Montparnasse railway station. Breakfast is ok but not really fits to my tastes. Recommended for one single night for business travelers.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, in particular those staff on the reception area. It was refreshing to experience such excellent levels of customer service. The area in which the hotel is located is lovely with some excellent restaurants nearby, we loved i grappoli (Italian) and Yaai Thai. Whilst the decor of the hotel is pretty dated, it does have a charm about it. The furnishes did look rather tired in places too (particularly the bathroom) however the comfy room and excellent balcony view along with the great hospitality made up for this for us. We got a great rate on the hotel which included breakfast. Breakfast items included: croissants & pain au chocolates, breads, granola, yoghurts, cheese & meats, a selection of jams and preserves inc chocolate spread and eggs which you could boil to your liking in a little machine. Breakfast is from I think around 7/7.30am to 10.30am. We had breakfast at around 10am and never struggled to get a table which was great. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Denfert-Rochereau metro station (line 6 metro & RER station) so you can either get the RER direct to/from Charles de Gaulle airport or get the metro to Porte Maillot metro station to get the bus to Beauvais airport. All in all I would recommend this hotel as we had a fabulous time experience, the icing on the cake was a surprise view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony.

The hotel is in the very busy theatre neighborhood; lots of places around it for dinner and drinks. Our arrival was smooth, the receptionist was very friendly and we received a coupon for a drink at the hotel bar. Our room was clean, had probably been refurbished recently because everything was spotless. The bed was extremely comfy, the shower was perfectly warm and there was a kettle and some tea bags, along with some cookies and a complimentary water bottle as well. Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and qualitative: juices, bread, cheeses, jams, eggs, cakes... Hats off to the lady in charge of the breakfast as she was extremely efficient and really friendly.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris with nice clean rooms. And what the most important with very helpful staff ready to help 24 hours.

I wanted a hotel close to where my brother and his wife was staying. Apparently this hotel is only 3 star, but I can honestly say the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows are some of the best I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast is very simple but more than ample, with great coffee, and the staff were all absolutely lovely
