Good hotel with a convenient location near the metro and a shopping center. There's a kettle in the room with coffee, tea, and cookies. The only downside is that the cleaning needs to be more thorough, as there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom.
The location is convenient if you need to be near the Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est train stations. The area itself is debatable (the proximity to the stations shows) and a bit dirty in places, but the hotel is situated on a quiet, pleasant street, so no complaints there. There's a bakery on the corner and a supermarket a 2-minute walk away.
The room itself was OK, small but sufficient for an overnight stay – there's a kettle, and tea/coffee/mini-creams were replenished daily. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was cleaned every day.
Downsides:
- The hairdryer wasn't working.
- There are no fridges in the rooms.
- I bought some Maison Bordier butter and asked the staff to keep it in their (staff) fridge for a day. The next morning, the butter was gone (they gave me a bag from the fridge with my room number tag on it, but inside was someone else's food container). It was very upsetting, especially since it was my last day in Paris.

Loved our stay in this hotel. Extremely lovely staff and the room was so big for Paris. I’m already thinking about coming back one day.
We’ve not had breakfast but there’s a delicious boulangerie next door. Area can seem sketchy but everyone around was super nice to us and I’ve felt safe. Very easy to get to from the metro (it’s the last/first stop on line 4) as the exit is less than 1min walk.
