Very good attention from the hotel staff. The Studio had everything needed to prepare and store food. I was surprised by the laundry service (Free) in the Hotel. The only thing I lacked was a TV with Streaming Apps.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the lively area of the Champs-Élysées, yet the rooms were surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. Cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping service was truly excellent. The hotel is very thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged in a practical and ergonomic way. I highly recommend this hotel.

The WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!
