Outstanding experience

First itself the location which this resort resides is very scenic and beautiful.We saw some of the photos from Google then we got interested and made 3 days booking to celebrate our wedding anniversary.We reached resort after covering some of the destinations near by we got a warm welcome from the front office team and allocated the room with out any delay.The room was arranged with towel art and rose petals felt very attractive while entering the room itself.we booked a suit which was having a great view outside from the room. The room cleanliness was exceptional and the staff from the housekeeping did a great service.Whenever we asked for cleaning or amenities they provided all without any delays.On anniversary day we requested for a candle light dinner and they arranged it in a spot where we could see the nature and the ambience very much liked.We tried varieties of food all the dishes were exceptional including the service what we got from the staff.From check in check out there were no points that we could say lacking the hospitality.It was great experience for us.Thank you sterling Athirapilly team looking forward to visit again.

Perfect romantic getaway! The location offered stunning views right from our room. Housekeeping was exceptional - fresh towels and turndown service everyday. The fine dining restaurant served creative cuisine that rivaled any city establishment.We felt pampered from check-in to departure."

We celebrated our 5th anniversary here and it exceeded all expectations. The view were breathtaking and food was exceptional at every meal. Staffs were so good and made us feel special with warm service. From the beautiful ambience to calm and peaceful location everything feels perfect for a wonderful stay. Best thing about this stay was the spacious neat room with private balcony to enjoy the beauty of the nature.

When we were searching about our holiday plan we wanted to visit this as a destination.Because we had planned out journey started from trivandrum as a wind up of trip the final destination we decided Athirapilly to stay there 2 days and return Thankfully all our plan went well , when we tried to make the booking we made a phone call to the resort and we got all the help from the resort and helped for the booking as well. When we arrived at the resort we got a warm welcome from the staff and escorted us to the room.The room we booked suite and the view from the room it was breath taking because we could see the great waterfalls from the room itself.We stayed there 2 days all the staff from house keeping and restaurant seemed very well.We enjoyed our stay and definitely we recommend to our relatives and friends and we have a plan already to come back and having a long stay to enjoy the place more.
