The staff was very accommodating to get me in the room early for a conference call. Excellent staff.
TV remote was wrong and they came up immediately to replace the remote.

Great hotel and location; the only negative was the lighting in the rooms which was dark and darker; so during the day all was fine but at night the room had the lighting of a bar room.

PARKER hotel is easily accessible to all of the events and shops in PARKER. Eating out is not a problem. There is a cafe adjacent to the hotel for breakfast and lunch and the hotel offers a lovely restaurant for evening dining.

This is our second time staying here and can’t say enough positive things. The rooms are clean, fresh, and so cute. Every staff member we met was so kind and you must it at the attached restaurants.

Parker the hidden gem
Awesome hotel in a great location away from the mundane Denver suburbs. Really great service and friendly staff with three restaurants on site and many near by. And a great ice cream and chocolate shop nearby.

Would Stay Here Again
Good front desk staff and location in Parker. Checked into our room and the bed spread was stained and dirty. They quickly accommodated and got us into a different room. Other than that it was a good stay.

Issues with our stay
This was our first time in Parker, the water pressure was too slow and charging port did not work in some areas in room. Plus, the charging port are for apple phones and I'm a Samsung carrier so it did not benefit me. So it was frustrating trying to find an outlet that work to charge our phones.
Plus, the front desk lady did not explain the charges like the incidental fee. Till I asked a nice gentleman at the front desk, he was very helpful to us. I would have been nice to have the hot water available in late evenings for people who are out in town late and return to their rooms. Some would like a hot chamomile tea to relax before going to bed. That's just my opinion...since most hotels we stayed at had those amenities and it was comforting to see them available during our stay.
