"Some employees at the hotel treated me very badly, even sending me away. A girl at the bar told me that I couldn't talk on the phone. It was around 11 in the morning, so I said that I would talk on the phone. The day before, they tried to kick me out of the hotel by putting a person to make noise at my door all day and night. *******! But I am grateful to these ******* because it was at that moment that I was able to buy my ticket back to my country! I would like to thank the kindness and sweetness of a girl named Vivian for trying to help me in the situation. I hope the hotel goes bankrupt and they beg for poor people like me to stay there. You ******** and *******. I want to see you mess with someone as good as you. These people are ******. Be very careful when staying at the hotel."

"Nice view as that was probably the most impressive thing.
Little more attention when it comes to simple dusting (bedside tables clook radio) pillows way to big but bed was very comfortable. 3pm book in ?? Don't get that at all should be 2pm for the money they are charging & the evacuation alarm at 930pm was just another off putting moment. YES I know it's the same with these big name hotel chains, but holding your $100 deposit for 10 - 12 days after you check out is an absolute JOKE !!! Next time im sticking with Gosford resort conference centre (Wyoming) & enjoy a meal that isn't ridiculously over priced !!! Blue *****."

"It is called Gosford Inn motel but it is $16 by uner to Gosford. Please indicate this on the site. Unless you drive you can't go to shops, clubs or pubs. There is nothing there. Nice clean motel if you're after a bed and hot shower. The manager is helpful and friendly. The place is well setup. The cleaners do a good job and are easy to talk with. It was the wrong place for me. Please update your site to specify the location from shops etc"

"I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, drawn in by its impressive amenities and stunning beachfront location. The hotel boasts a range of activities, including mini golf, a ping pong table, a small game room, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing sauna. The view of the beach was breathtaking, and the in-room experience was modern, featuring a high-resolution TV with Chromecast and quality Antipodes shampoo and lotion.
However, despite these positives, my experience was overshadowed by several issues with cleanliness and service. The room service was disappointing—while the bed was made and toiletries were refilled, basic hygiene standards were overlooked. My used orange juice cup was merely rinsed and placed back on the tray. The bathroom was covered in construction dust, and, shockingly, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odour. These are unacceptable oversights for a hotel of this caliber.
Additionally, while the hotel promoted a swimming pool, it was too small and constantly crowded with children, making it far from the relaxing retreat I had anticipated.
Overall, while the amenities and dining experience were impressive, the poor housekeeping and lack of attention to cleanliness significantly diminished my stay. Given these issues, I wouldn’t choose to return."

"This was the 4 th time we’ve had an overnight stay to Ocean Beach Hotel. Almost every time has had a problem: the room’s hot water did not work, the power went out, and this time our room had an area of carpet that was saturated with water resulting in a strong musty smell in room.
Each time the staff were apologetic and did try to rectify the situation. Certainly no fault of the staff on duty. This time we were offered a room change due to the smell, but by then it was late, we had unpacked and showered and were in our pj’s. so we declined the offer, thinking we’d get used to the musty smell. and I discovered the wet carpet afterwards.
It’s a shame because the hotel is well located in town, has reasonable meals in the bistro downstairs, offers guests a free drink voucher, has off street parking, easy to get to…
I understand that booking through booking platforms probably limits the options a manager has when things go wrong. It would go a long way, though, to be offered a discount on a future stay, for example.
I suspect we have just had bad luck and it doesn’t mean we won’t stay again because we travel to Umina to visit family and the hotel is very convenient."

"The Bella Vista Motel is perfectly located for our needs on this trip, a rushed trip to advocate to government authorities on family business. The Motel was very clean and well maintained. There were no food facilities but that was not an issue as there is a small shopping centre across the road with a fabulous pizza shop. It is certainly where we will stay next time shoukd we require a trip to the NSW Central Coast again."

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Galaxy Motel in West Gosford and had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any requests.
One of the biggest advantages is the convenient location, with easy access to the M1 and being directly adjacent to Gosford RSL, which offers excellent dining options and entertainment. The motel facilities were well presented, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable.

DDarleneMy studio apartment was clean and cozy, with stylish furniture and a comfy bed (Landing promises a “luxurious sleep experience”). The small kitchenette was stocked well enough with cookware and utensils that I was able to make some of my meals at home rather than overspending on Terrigal’s amazing food scene—yes, it’s really as good as you’ve heard.
Extra bonus was the free replenishments of breakfast cereal milk, coffee, tea and bottle water.
Daily cleaning service and laundry was 2nd to none!

福福慧平常心This is the only BIG4 campsite where you live in Australia. The room type you stay in is a playground cabin. Each cabin has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It is suitable for self-driving friends. The car can park at the cabin ticket. The camp has My own private beach, the campsite is the RV campsite, there are many barbecue grills for guests to use for free, and there is a large kitchen in the campsite for guests to use for free, and the campsite is very large, there are many amusement facilities and swimming pools, which is only a short distance from the campsite. The nearest supermarket is about 2 minutes away by car. It is very convenient, about 15 kilometers away from the central coast. Very suitable for taking kids on holiday⛱️

GGuest UserWhat a little gem. We had a friends catch up and stayed here. It's so close to everything. 1 block from the Palm beach ferry, 2 blocks from Ettalong shopping centre. The room was clean and tidy with the usual inclusions of microwave toaster jug, tea and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was good quality with several pillows so you can choose the one that's right for you. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned, however the shower had plenty of hot water.The accommodation is within the Galleria, a Greek / Italian inspired complex hosting lots of small shops, boutiques, restaurants, galleries, beautiful nick nacks and treasures, cafes and even a hat shop. The complex has it's own movie cinema. After booking in we went to bar Toto. Very fitting with the theme of a bygone era. Comfy old style lounge chairs, dimly lit, old movies on the big screen and great cocktails, however there are several other options if this isn't your scene. We chose to have breakfast at one of the cafe's within the complex. Very good crepes and coffee, then spent some time looking at the many and varied shops. Eric's hat shop is a must. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He can explain the process of making hats and show you some of the tools used to make hats. It was so much fun trying on hats and taking photos. We grabbed lunch, pizzas and noodles which were both very good, and sat enjoying the live music in the centre of the complex. If you feel like a stroll, there's a concrete walking path along the waterfront from the ferry to Umina. Once you have parked your car, you really don't need to start it again until you are leaving. Enjoy.

Rreturn visitorReally impressed with the accommodation and staff attitude. But the 2 bedroom unit was extremely cold, with nowhere near enough bedclothes, however the beds were comfortable if you could sleep for the cold. The heating was a single gas heater downstairs..we ran it from the time arrived until it switched itself off in the early hours when I shivered downstairs to reignite it. It was extremely smelly..we reported this and I hope it will be investigated. The floors near the windows and in the downstairs toilet were running in water from condensation...I am not sure what hot weather would be like as there's only pedestal fans We, no air-conditioning or ceiling fans.We bought breakfast at the restaurant..not a set breakfast as stated but a lacart..not too expensive and good.
Considering the unit layout and price I would go there again and it is in a beautiful part of the world...but Not in hot or cold weather.

AAnonymous UserThis unit is over-priced. We stayed in a double unit, the two of us, which is better suited to either 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 kids which would justify the price. Upstairs is almost a carbon copy of downstairs in that both have almost full kitchens (no ovens), excellent reverse cycle air conditioning, TV's etc. Other than a very old, very off carton of milk left in the fridge the unit was exceptionally clean.
Upon arriving, we were asked to pay which we had already done when booking. Beware no refunds once booked although this didn't apply in our case. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Had to ask for toilet paper and purchase milk as only two small milk thimbles in fridge. Expected to wash up, dry and put away dishes and utensils before leaving and remove all garbage. We usually do this anyway but I thought it was quite an ask to be expected at those prices. It's post-Covid so I am wondering if lack of staff is the reason for this and perhaps this may change in the future.
No buffet or restaurant on site. No room service. Don't expect any meals. No foxtel as advertised. At least we couldn't get it but they did have Netflix provided. We took our chromecast with us, thank goodness!
The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Maybe 25 metres? Also, in the afternoon a lot of it is shaded. It's not heated so it's pretty chilly even in late November.
The beach is gorgeous but the room we had didn't have views and the units are in the street behind the main shops so whilst very close to the beach (a mere two minutes) it isn't overlooking the beach. Also, very tight carpark if you have a larger car.
I would recommend the family unit or double unit for 3 to 4 people. Otherwise stick to a single unit. I probably would not return unless with another couple because there are nicer places with more amenities that don't expect you to do the housework at the same or even better prices.
